Pros:

It is visible that everyone at this place is doing their best to make all working just perfect. Amazing old building with a great renovation with taste! Clean rooms and breakfast that surprises with plenty of choices Get back there to have lunch too.

Exceptional hotel experience!
Pros:

Izby, cistota, vseobecny pristup personalu, profesionalita, uzasne jedlo (mali sme ranajky a vecere). Prisli sme neskor, nebol ziadny problem. Dokonca mame zmenili upgradovali izbu na poziadanie.

Pros:

Personel bardzo dba o komfort gości.
Każdy szczegół w hotelu dopracowany. Piękny wystrój, klimat i atmosfera. Posiłki bardzo smaczne i pięknie podane. Wszystko zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę.

We can highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the mountains in Slovakia!
Pros:

A lovely hotel central to everything in Kezmarok and a great chef as the restaurant food was outstanding and breakfasts were terrific. This is a very stylish hotel with a lovely bar and great rooms.

Cons:

The street parking is a little weird but there is easy parking behind the hotel.
