Pros:

Hotel je priamo v centre ,na hrad,do múzea iba kúsok.Mali sme izbu deluxe- velmi pekná.Využili sme raňajky,welnes,bowling ,reštauráciu hotela .Môžem iba odporučiť. Personál velmi milý a ústretový.. Radi sa sem opäť vrátime.

Ak hotel odstráni drobnosti, hodnotenie môže byť v budúcnosti 10 z 10.
Pros:

Lokalita a umiestnenie hotela výborné, rezervované parkovisko vítané. Veľmi ochotný personál, vždy pripravený pomôcť. Fantastická kuchyňa, gastronómia na vysokej úrovni (a la carte). Priestranná izba.

Cons:

Drobnosti - ale pri celkovo vysokom pozitívnom hodnotení každá drobnosť "trčí" ako negatívum. V priestrannej kúpeľni s vaňou a sprchovým kútom nie je držiak na sprchovú hlavicu umiestený vo výške tak, aby sa hosť mohol pohodlne osprchovať. Výborné matrace aj posteľné prádlo, ale doslova mizerné a nepohodlné vankúše. Veľká priestranná izba, avšak nelogicky zariadená, TV sa de facto zo žiadneho kusu sedacieho nábytku (či postele) nedá pozerať v priamom smere. Reštaurácia a la carte vynikajúca, raňajky slabšie (menší výber, zlá ergonómia prístupu k pultom).

Pros:

Elhelyezkedése jó, tiszta, szép berendezésű barátságos szálloda. Finom és választékos reggeli.

Cons:

A történelmi apartmanban nem volt klíma. Ez érthető is a városképi értéke miatt. Éjszaka a nyitott ablaknál bejöttek a szúnyogok ugyanis szúnyogháló sem volt az ablakokon. Ez viszont érthetetlen.
Kaptunk egy álló ventilátor ami enyhített a hőségen. A szobában nem működött a hűtőgép. Ígérték, hogy másnap javítják vagy cserélik de erre nem került sor.

Pros:

Všetko veľmi pekné.

Cons:

Jediné mínus bol záves na okne. Mali sme izbu so strešnými oknami... A závesy robené tak,že sa nedali zatiahnuť, teda od rána slnko v izbe a žiadna klíma. V 40st.horúcavach si tam pobyt v tejto izbe neviem predstaviť.
