Best hotel in Toluca ever!
Pros:

I love the arquitecture, the room was spacious, we had balcony and an amazing view, hot water to enjoy a hot shower in the bathtub, everything was amazing and clean

Pros:

What a charming place. It's just outside downtown and on a main road into the city, but it feels secluded and peaceful. The staff is very friendly; I was always greeted with a smile and a warm conversation about various topics. The room is spacious and comfortable. When I return, I will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Breakfast should be included, at least a small standard meal like sweet bread and a cup of coffee for the price. I was being charged for every coffee refill, even when my cup was three-quarters full. Fresh, filtered water should be available free of charge—at minimum, a small bottle. I bought a 10-liter jug since I stayed for several days. The water is NOT potable, and guests should 1) be informed of this and 2) have free access. The Wi-Fi is, to say the least, infuriating. I had to cancel a few Skype meetings because the signal was so bad that even basic WhatsApp calls didn't work. I couldn't even scan news headlines. Forget about watching Netflix at night. It’s ludicrous to have rooms without coffee makers. It forces you to buy coffee in the restaurant. I was shocked to find the rooms didn't have even the cheapest coffee pots. If one of these could be changed, I would suggest offering breakfast—something small with coffee.

Maravillosa
Pros:

Me encanta la comodidad e instalaciones del hotel. Sólo el restaurante me parece muy alto en sus precios.
Pero en general, muy buen lugar para ausentarte de la realidad y descansar al máximo

A very Zen place.
Pros:

This property looked like an Hacienda with lots of detailed charm. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Very clean all throughout the Hotel. The garden was so beautiful and we even got to go to the chapel.the restaurant was delicious, a bit pricey, but worth it.
