The hotel made us feel welcome and comfortable.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Maine. Even though we arrived very late, the staff welcomed us warmly, explained everything, showed us around, and even turned on the heat for us before we settled in.
In the morning, we needed an early check-out, and the staff kindly accommodated us and provided breakfast, which we truly appreciated.
A special thank you to Charles, who was absolutely amazing — very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
The room was very clean and had such a cozy, home-like atmosphere. We really enjoyed staying here. If we ever need a place to stay in the area again, we will definitely come back and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great accommodation and host. Breakfast was plentiful.
Pros:

Great location to stay. Host very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great and rooms were clean. Free parking at entrance of room was convenient as travelling with a lot of luggage.

Really homey gem kind of hidden away but well worth uncovering.
Pros:

Very nice updated rooms, looks like regular motel from outside but it’s very nice and Charles is very helpful and welcoming. Very clean, right near 95 for easy travel to the Wells beaches, quiet; no noisy nighttime. I plan to go again this fall.

Cons:

Beds were ok but not like the big motels. But I like that this was not a corporate operation but a mom and pop sort of funky setup. The decor was quaint and unique, not standardized so the bed thing wasn’t any big deal.

Very pleasant.
Pros:

Anyone looking for a clean, well maintained and safe place would enjoy . I travel with my wife and our two boys as well as a service pup, and a pet . Have been here several times. We will return

Loved our stay and hope to stay there again.
Pros:

The room was spacious, warmly decorated and comfortable. Our only problem the refrigerator was not turned on and we couldn't figure out what we needed to do. Everything else was great. The breakfast was good and all of the staff were very friendly and eager to help.
