Pros:

Before my arrival, I was in contact with Susanna from the front desk to organize a surprise for my companion, and she was an absolute superstar—just like the rest of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, yet it’s close to everything you need during your stay without having to be right in the city center. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

More bathroom amenities would be appreciated.

It was great, I would stay here again!
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable, no complaints! My room was ready early when I arrived and I was upgraded which was such a pleasant surprise.

The soundproofing was not the best during the night but nothing extreme, you could just hear who was passing but I would have stayed again
