Could have been far better from the get go. After long travel to Boston from the UK
Pros:

One of our favorite locations, central to Boston common

Cons:

Room 212 with a massive pillar in the middle of the room, an extremely tight space for a sofa bed … was resolved with a far better room next day that being room 513. The staff saw a big problem. Which I appreciate.

Fantastic location with exceptional staff.
Pros:

Every member of staff was amazing! From Amari on the front desk, to the Doormen (not once did we even open the door by ourselves), to the wonderful lady who cleaned our room and kept it stocked with water, coffee and snacks, I believe her name was Jiexian Liu. Your staff are exceptional and we will definitely stay again. Only one tiny negative, I wish the bed had been firmer.
