Perfect location for touring in Boston.
Pros:

We had a great stay! Central location easy to walk to all the main tourist sites. The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Housekeeping came in daily for cleaning. Comfortable beds. Coffee shop in the lobby was very convenient for a quick breakfast.

Die Lage des Hotels war für mich perfekt, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr sauber, Alle Getränke und Chips, etc., waren inbegriffen. Ein Kühlschrank wird auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war relativ klein und für diesen Preis hätte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet.

Everything perfect location. Right off Boston Common easy walking to everything. Delicious breakfast cafe right in downstairs lobby best croissants!

I enjoyed staying in this hotel because it was clean and comfortable in a very good location.
Pros:

We stayed here for one night and had no complaints. The staff was cheerful and efficient, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. I was pleased to have comfy slippers and a bathrobe and bottled water.

Cons:

I was only here for 1 night so didn’t have time to find anything that displeased me.

Worst stay for me in Boston in 15 years. Will never come back.
Pros:

Position, chips and water in the room.

Cons:

- terrible bed
- tv not working for most of my stay even after they sent somebody up for repair. It was working for 2 hours, then it stopped again.
- smelly room (they had to give me deodorant spray)
- noisy room.. both from the street and from the AC machine positioned outside our room basically

Best bang for your buck in the area. Perks without the big price tag.
Pros:

Super friendly and accommodating staff. They were very responsive in messages and were able to accommodate my request for a roll away bed and got me a bigger room to do so.

Great value central hotel even with Boston being focus of 250 celebrations and World Cup
Pros:

Great location. Room was good but we could have done with extra storage. Staff really helpful and responsive. Enjoyed using the cafe in the morning

Cons:

Needed more storage for 2 guests staying 3 nights. Room was fine for a single person.
