sehr unruhig und laut.
Pros:

kein reiseadapter nötig, steckdosen sind schon ein adapter. zentral gelegen, sauber, modern.

Cons:

sehr laut und unruhig. sehr ringhörig. man hört Duschen und WC-Spülungen die ganze Nacht als wäre der Ablauf dirket im eigenen Zimmer. Türen schlagen zu, es wird geklopft und gereded. so findet man nur schwer Schlaf.

Pros:

Cons:

It is forbidden to throw toilet paper in the toilet due to risk of clogging. It seems it is an issue with sewage piping in this hotel, as this is not not overall requirement in Singapore.

Very disappointing.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked a family room, but unfortunately it was not suitable for our family. The room was on the second level and required us to walk up stairs, which was particularly difficult with a 3-year-old, a 3-month-old baby and luggage. Unfortunately, no one offered to assist us with our luggage.

The room itself also had two steep steps leading up into the bathroom, which was inconvenient and potentially unsafe, especially when carrying a baby or managing a young child.

The breakfast was also very disappointing. There was a very basic selection, with only one dish to choose from along with a drink. Even simple options such as bacon and eggs were not available. We understand that the hotel caters to halal dietary requirements, but we still expected a little more variety at breakfast, particularly for a family stay.

Ceiling Projector TV in the room was also terrible, especially in the day time, which was hardly visible and was shaking with the building I assume. It was difficult to watch when shaking.

Most disappointing of all was the lack of friendly or helpful service. Despite travelling with two young children, including a baby, we felt that the staff made very little effort to assist us.

We ended up requesting a different room because the original family room was simply not practical for our family. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

Są dwa standardy pokojów i ten gorszy nie jest sfotografowany, jak go dostaniesz akurat to nie warto

Dostaliśmy pokój w przybudówce, która nie była sfotografowana na stronie hotelu.BYŁ TO ZUPEŁNIE INACZEJ WYGLADĄDAJĄCY POKÓJ. ABSOLUTNIE Z INNYM STANDARDEM. Drzwi były nieszczelne BYŁA GIGANTYCZNA SZCZELINA- było słychać każdy krok na korytarzu plus muzykę, która włączyła recepcja o godzinie 6:30 i każdą nutę było słychać w pokoju hotelowym i oczywiście przez całą noc wpadało światło z korytarza. Wzięcie pokoju z oknem było bezcelowe, bo i tak nie było sensu go otwierać.

Wonderful Experience with my kids!
Pros:

I booked the family room with slide. My kids loved it.
Loved all the facilities (projector screen, coffee/tea, toiletries, bathtub, swimming pool and freeflow plain water). I was pleaased to see that theres even an ironing board and iron in the room.
A cosy hotel room that accommodated our family of 2 adults and 4 kids! Everyone slept comfortably. Breakfast was halal and very delicious with huge portions. Staffs were nice, check in was smooth. Jacuzzi and pool was small but we enjoyed the peace and great scenery from the pool. Free parking. Many eateries nearby. My kids are already asking to come back again!

Cons:

Toilet was huge but sadly no bidet next to the toilet bowl and had to walk to the bathtub (which is at the other end of the toilet). Please install bidet!
Room is for 6 people but only 4 towels.

First family staycation
Pros:

We booked the room for the tub and it was bigger than we had expected, though it can do with a scrub.. staff were very friendly and helpful. it was an overall very nice first family staycation. We will be back for another staycation for sure.

Cons:

I had wanted to plan a room decoration, but received no replies after multiple emails.
