Pros:

Near location to PENANG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT- if no jam on bridge it’s 30 mins, if got jam, it’s one hour.the room was super clean and comfy.

Cons:

First, there is s no airport shuttle which is stated in booking.com page, then there’s no mirror in the room ,no makeup table, it’s okay if you don’t provide the drawer but just a long mirror would do, then charger port only have 2, its nice to have more than 2 charger port .

Excellent hotel, good value for money in a great location.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Close to Oenang Sentral ferry and transport hub.

駅から近いので、朝の電車にも徒歩で余裕がありました。

Cons:

タバコの匂いが強かった。ホテルの名前が違うので(new ferry hotelだったかな？）、迷いました。。なぜ名前が違うのか。違うならこちらも変更して欲しいです。

The location is good, near the Butterworth Penang Ferry Station. The hotel is okay for the budget

The room style was not good, and the room itself was small. No towels were provided, and the hotel needs to improve its facilities as well as work on the hospitality standards required for a hotel of this level.
