A very economical place to stay in Sydney with no-frills. Location was excellent very close to Central Station. You get
Pros:

It was close to Central Station which was very handy, a very economical place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was of a good size.

Cons:

The bathroom needs updating, a pretty basic hotel, you get what you pay for, a lot of stairs in this building with no lift.

All amenities were close by. We did not have any issue.
Pros:

Oh wow, the room itself was suitable for a family size.
The beds were very comforable.

Cons:

Just my thought, jus add microwave for heating up food, maybe, otherwise no fuss.

I was pleasantly surprised on how much the place had improved
Pros:

I was here in 2023 and the place was in quite a bit of disrepair.
The place feels different, good different.
Everything seems to have been upgraded.
Very nice indeed, the entire place was very clean and fresh,
It had a nice feel to the place this time.

Cons:

My only recommendation would be to seal the gaps in the entrance doors to the rooms and reset the air cons so the heat can be turned up to 31d.
I was a little cold..
Other than that 4 stars.

Pros:

Staff were very polite and willing to be helpful. Having stayed at Central Private Hotel on occasion years ago, I knew what to expect of the facilities. My room was clean. The internet access code for use with my laptop PC was very practical.

Cons:

It having been several years since I last visited Sydney and stayed at Central Private, I am now finding the walk up the stairs over two levels to be somewhat demanding as I age. Walking to a room on the ground floor or only one floor above may be a requirement for accommodation if I travel in the coming yeyars.
On Saturday evening there was a social group meeting in a room near mine and the noise of the voices talking made sleep impossible for me until very late in the evening.

Pros:

Central Private Hotel is a great hotel located near Sydney Central Station, in the central Sydney area. Nearby are restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, barbershops, large shopping centers, shops, and the CBD Business Centre building. Nearby are MTR stations, bus stations, tram stations, and train stations, making shopping, shopping, shopping, and dining very convenient. All transportation options are very convenient; The room is spacious, and the environment is comfortable and beautiful. The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful; I originally booked a single room with a single bed, but the staff proactively upgraded me to a double room. I am very grateful for their excellent service. It's very convenient to get to Sydney Airport from this hotel—just a few minutes' walk to Central Station, and just four stops by the T8 train. I really like this hotel and will stay here again in the future.
