Great location, lovely staff and nice room
Pros:

The room was lovely and modern. Nice and spacious and the bathroom was nice and big with plenty of cupboard space as well. The bed was big and comfy and the TV had free to air channels and the ability to cast so we were able to watch anything from our streaming services. The staff were lovely and helpful and we were able to store our luggage there after we checked out as we weren't flying out until the evening. The location was great, just a short walk to the main queen Street plaza shops and a quick stop just across the road in case you need to get any small amenities.

Cons:

There was some rubbish under the bed obviously from a previous guest and as the hotel only uses sheets with a quilt in between we were able to see that the quilt being used had numerous large (presumably coffee) stains on it, not a huge deal but feels a little unclean especially considering we paid around $500 a night (during NRL magic round but still) for this hotel so expected a higher level of cleanliness. The lighting was not great, there were plenty of lamps in the apartment but none of them provided great light for doing my makeup and there wasn't really much natural light coming in though we did have a few cloudy and rainy days so perhaps on a full sun day the natural light is more adequate. But overall it was a very nice room and hotel and would book again.

Great place great staff great facilities and the best pool in any hotel in Brisbane and I have stayed in a lot of them.

Terrible
Pros:

Poor experience all round, had booked for a week moved to another hotel after one night. Room dirty, had cockroaches in room. No room service or after hours dininig. not even water bottles in room. Bed uncomfortable and construction work across the road (which was not mentioned) owke me early morning

Definitely would stay again
Pros:

Location is excellent, staff friendly. Pool amazing.
Handy laundry if you need it too.

Cons:

Bedroom looked onto nearby offices and they did not turn off bright lights the entire 48 hours so some lights comes in at edges of blinds. So bring a night mask if you need complete darkness like me 😂.
