The garbage bn was full and not emptied. which was off putting for me. King bed was 2 singles pushed together not great for a romantic night.

Cons:

Rubish from previous guests is a no go for me and if there is ribish left what else hasn't been looked at or cleaned.

Cleanliness, feel, size of room, bed was comfortable. Buffet Breakfast was amazing and Dinner was outstanding. Enjoyed the sauna, swimming pool and gym

I did not have breakfast there, the location was good.

Cons:

When you had the air-conditioning off there was an odour from the toilet. Because I was on level four you could hear the air-conditioning units outside.

Best value for Brisbane CBD
Pros:

Liam was amazing in Reception. Staff has always been the biggest asset of this place. And the location.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room where were in had bath doors that somehow didn't have a soft close so it kept banging all night. There's definitely a problem with the door because water leaked outside and everything was wet. If we stayed for more than 1 night, would definitely have made a complaint. To be fair, previous experience with this place has been amazing if you had to report something.
