Pros:

Top Lage, alles zu Fuß oder Fahrrad erreichbar, Bus Station direkt vor dem Hotel Eingang, der Poolbereich war sehr schön und auch ohne Probleme zu erreichen, Zimnerservice (auch in den Wohnungen) fast täglich, verschiedene Lokale Geschäfte sind im Gebäude, Essen, Klubs, SevenEleven, etc.

Pros:

Loved the view, the apartment was very comfy, kitchen well equipped. Washer and dryer were great to have Staff friendly and helpful and gave us a lovely upgrade. Minutes from Haji Lane which is a fabulous spot to wind off every night

Cons:

The TV was a challenge with all the remotes and no instructions available. AC would sometimes turn off during the night. No power points for the hairdryer in either bathroom, or at least I could not find it and was difficult to dry hair in kitchen. These are minor points though and I would still stay here again

My stay was fabulous, thoroughly enjoyed every second of it.

All the amenities are excellent
Everything is very clean
The rooms have everything you'll ever need for laundry, cooking etc.
Very happy with everything, will definitely stay again next time I'm in Singapore.

Amazing Stay
Pros:

I stayed at PARKROYAL on Labour Day during what was clearly a very busy period, and I was impressed by the service. Despite the hotel being crowded, Louise handled my check-in smoothly and professionally. She was efficient, warm, and made the process feel seamless even under pressure.

Her excellent service created a great first impression and made my stay start on a very positive note. Thank you, Louise, for your outstanding hospitality. It was truly appreciated.

Spacious apartment, reasonable price, superb service
Pros:

I consider us as very lucky to find this apartment, it is reasonable price with spacious 70 m2 area, with extra small room having table for office work, even inside the drawer they have stationary, very considerate indeed. There is also a small bed in this extra room, perfect for quick nap or can be for children room. Not to mention a giant sofa besides the usual kitchen utensil, dining table and bathtub/bathroom needs including washing machine/dryer inside the unit.
The cleaners are all very helpful with good attitude.
The receptionist named Cindy and an Indonesian ibuk as well as the other team member are very helpful, I wanted to borrow weight/scale, they dont have but they borrow from the hotel side, really appreciate the effort to give superb service.
We came to Singapore for a transplant but the surgery is subject to donor availability, so we booked for 1 week then extended for another 2 weeks once we got confirmation, we asked for us not to move to different unit and really everybody, especially Cindy and the ibuk, helped to convince the office to allow us to keep the same unit so we dont have to move, this is deeply appreciated as moving unit would be so much trouble.
We also thank for a complimentary local fruit platter sent to our unit.
I love the free coffee downstairs, it is a booster for me to kick off the day.
I also enjoyed the swimming pool and gorgeous gym, should have used them more often.
Overall this is an apartment highly recommended for those with family and yet have to work occasionally.
