Pros:

La superficie, les équipements qui étaient complets, l emplacement

Cons:

Les lits moyennement confortables. Des bruits extérieurs et interieurs liés aux travaux. Les lumières qui s etaignaient et qui s allumaient de l extérieur dans une chambre toute la nuit.
Probleme d aération et d humidité.
La poubelle de la salle de bain est complètement rouillée.

Great location but....
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff and generous sized room.

Cons:

Toilet hadn't been cleaned.
Pillows were very thin.
No light blockout in the lounge area (single beds).

Pros:

Great location. Comfortable apartment.

Cons:

No lift to booked apartment so had to downgrade. However staff were quick to compensate with late checkout and extended parking and extra assistance.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable!

Cons:

The pictures on the booking site do not reflect reality. The internet didn't work. There were no windows because we were put in the basement—read that carefully, THE BASEMENT. We booked two nights, but could only bear to stay for one. They refused to let us change the booking. We arrived at dawn, and it was a huge struggle to get the key to get in before opening hours because they couldn't even find our reservation. So, I definitely do not recommend this place.

Enjoyed an overnight stay, staff woman was very pleasant,would stay again,maitance needs to improve

Cons:

Matanance was poor ,plaster falling off wall ,boards around window frames rotten ,second bedroom door unable to shut

I would definitely stay here again..
Pros:

Great location. Close to Flinders St Station. We had the 2 room apartment which was great.

Cons:

Some square holes in the ceiling where a bit of a worry and 1 curtain was hanging off .
