Aftensmad - Helleflynder var helt perfekt og fantastisk dejlig betjening.
Det er et skønt område og fantastisk når vejret tillader at man kan spise ude.

Cons:

Havde valgt at betale direkte til kroen og betalte lidt mere end den ellers billigste mulighed, i håb om lidt ekstra i forhold til værelse. Tror vi fik det dårligste tildelt med udsigt til mur og tag. Larm fra overbo. Elendig placering af kontakter til oplader - ved gulvet under væghængt bord-, nærmest umuligt for en dame på 81 og kvinde på 55 dårlig ryg og knæ.
Manglende rengøring i krogene, under seng og radiator.

Beautiful place - just eat elsewhere in the evenings

Location amazing - great views of castle and beautiful grounds. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Food in restaurant was not to expectations. It took 2 1/2 hours for our 3 course set meal. The steater and sweet were fine but the veal was undercooked and very difficult to eat ( so we left it) we told the waiter it was too tough! Understaffed restaurant! The meal cost us well over £100 , just not good enough! Room had no ac and was small / bathroom a good size.

Pros:

Jag har varit gäst på Store Kro sedan 60-talet.
När jag var där för några år sedan. Var jag besviken men NU topp off the line. Personalen har blivit så mkt bättre

Den enda kritiken jag har ät att maten åå kvällen i Bistron är alldeles to much.
Fantastisk men jag saknar dansk traditionell mat.

Schönes Hotel mit Modernisierungsbedarf
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Frühstück auf der Terrasse und dann noch der Blick zum Schloß...... was will man mehr. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber. Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Cons:

Wir waren im alten Haus gegenüber untergebracht. Leider war es sehr warm und die Fenster zur Straßenseite (Erdgeschoss) kann man kaum öffnen. Keine Klimaanlage oder Kühlschrank. Das Bad war für diesen Preis eine .....

Het hotel is vooral geïnteresseerd in feesten en partijen. De individuele reiziger heeft niet de prioriteit.
Geluidsoverlast tot 01:00 uur, slechte ervaring bij een pracht hotel op een unieke locatie.
Het hotel heeft de klacht wel serieus genomen en financieel gecompenseerd.
