Pros:

Las distribución del baño con inodoro separado y una gran ducha pr dos

Cons:

En el correo no funcionaba el enlace del check in. Llegamos al hotel y no podíamos entrar. El recepcionista debería haber salido a abrir y preguntarnos. Pudimos entrara gracias a otros huespedes. Nos gestionó el código, pero su trato fue muy distante.

Pros:

Ich mochte die Lage und Lage der Wohnung hatte einen schönen Balkon und Blick auf die Straße und war in der Nähe von allem und es gibt eine vollständige Wahrung der Privatsphäre

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas sauber, aber es gab Ratten auf dem Balkon, die wir sahen, und es wurde viel leichter und es gibt keine Badezimmerzubehörteile, nur genug kleine Shampoodosen und der Abfluss in der Dusche war kaputt. Nur so nahm ich das Duschwasser, das überall im Badezimmer floss, und auch der Waschbeckenhahn war nicht gut genug. Es gibt auch keine Kaffeebedingungen, obwohl es eine Kaffeemaschine gibt.
Außerdem war der Parkplatz sehr teuer und musste nie einen kostenlosen Parkplatz finden. Dieser war nicht in der Hotelbeschreibung enthalten. Er kostete mich 90 Euro für drei Nächte, und das ist sehr teuer. Es hätte für die Hotelgäste kostenlos sein sollen.

The stay was nice, and definetly our money worth.
Pros:

The check in system was really easy. We received a code with which we could easily open the front, and our room door. The location was nice, and the room in general was to our liking.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was no daily room service. I didn’t explore it, but I feel you have to request it.
There was no AC, though a fan was provided.

Blisko wszędzie, ale trochę niebezpiecznie.
Pros:

Lokalizacja to plus i minus jednocześnie. Blisko do centrum ale dookoła było pełno osób bezdomnych czy pań do towarzystwa, co sprawiało, że czułam się niebezpiecznie. Plus za miniaturki szampanu czy żelu pod prysznic oraz czyste ręczniki.

Cons:

Nie działała klimatyzacja, a przy 40 stopniowych upałach w czerwcu ciężko było tam nawet spać. Obiekt wymaga dodatkowego posprzątania i odświeżenia, bo krany z zewnątrz czy podłoga były po prostu zniszczone. Cena adekwatna do jakości.

Pros:

Der var rent og gode senge samt fint køleskab og frys

Cons:

Der var ikke ret meget aircondition selvom vi skruede helt op og vi kunne slet ikke forstå hvordan det kolde/varme vand fungerede. Det var svært at få andet end kogende vand i bad og håndvask.

Ein bisschen zu anonym und was den Zugang angeht zunächst etwas undurchsichtig, aber wenn man es einmal geschafft hat, ganz Simpel und bequem. Allerdings ist bei geöffnetem Fenster, ohne Klimaanlage ist das im Sommer oft nötig, sehr Laute Straßenbahngeräusche und viel Tatütata.

Calidad precio es un alojamiento muy competitivo, las fotos hacen justicia, cumple con lo que promete

Cons:

La ubicación a pesar de tener buena comunicación con el resto de la ciudad es malilla, gente con pintas extrañas a todas horas del día que se intentan colar o estan por la calle deambulando.
Recepción inexistente, todo es un no, si tienes un problema buscate la vida, y ni hablemos de amenities tan basicas como que te puedan guardar una misera maleta…

Super Lage, aber mit einigen Mängeln. Nicht nochmal!
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Alexanderplatz ist super. Das Personal (am Counter und Reinigung) war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es ist derart stickig im Gebäude, dass man Kopfschmerzen bekommt. Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer zur Straße heraus und vor lauter Lärm nachts kein Auge zu gemacht. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist man fast erstickt – es war die Wahl zwischen Pest und Cholera.
Gegen Aufpreis haben wir dann in ein Zimmer zum Innenhof gewechselt, hier war es deutlich ruhiger.

Für den Preis recht in Ordnung
Pros:

Das Zimmer was sehr geräumig und schön Ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in dieser Hinsicht.

Cons:

Einige Armaturen in Badezimmer sind defekt dies schon länger war im Dez 2025 bei diesem Hotel scheint in allen Zimmern etwas der Fall zu sein. Fenstergriffe in den Zimmern mit Balkon defekt bei unseren Kollegen in einem andern Zimmer ebenfalls.
Boden hat Flecken, dieser könnte besser gereinigt werden.
Badezimmer müsste mal wieder neu gefugt und entkalkt werden.

Die Lage war gut, das Check in ok und ziemlich flexibel. Die Apartments nicht ganz modern und ok.
Cons:

Leider waren die Armaturen im Bad kaputt und das Bad hat generell nicht den saubersten Eindruck gemacht.
