Really disappointing
Pros:

close to transportation, fairly quiet neighborhood, and a 24/7 shop around the corner

Cons:

Response from customer service was unacceptable. I could nitpick a lot of other things - mainly the shower set up - but the auto responses to easy to answer questions and pre and post check in were really bad.

It’s good value for money, but don’t expect anything brilliant.
Pros:

The location near Alexanderplatz and public transports.

Cons:

They don’t change towel or toilet paper, and there is no cleaning while I stayed there.

Excellent apartment, good location, good host.
Pros:

An excellent location, particularly in view of Berlin’s high quality public transport system. The apartment is clean, and has all the necessary amenities, including access to a washing machine. Communication with the host was clear and helpful.

Pros:

Close to Alexanderplatz so it's make things easier to go anywhere.

Cons:

It's loud noise by the tram
No A/C in the room it's make the room is too warm and I have to open the window all day, imagine the building is standing by the road and tram is running all days and nights.....

The room we were in there no toilet paper.

No proper table to eat on. Maybe fine for one but not for two people. Matress was terrible.

Gute Lage, großes Zimmer mit praktischer Küchenzeile und einem Sofa

Cons:

Kein Ofen zum Aufbacken von Brötchen, nur eine Mikrowelle mit dem Hinweis Brotaufbacken verboten.
Alles recht verwohnt (z.B. Fugen im Badezimmer beschädigt/verkalkt/verschlissen)
Zimmer zum Innenhof ohne Blick auf die Stadt, trotzdem extrem laut, wegen extremen Hall im Innenhof

A comfortable stay in the heart of Berlin right next to Alexanderplatz.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, being a 5 minute walk from Alexanderplatz.

The room was spacious and had a fridge, a microwave oven and basic utensils and cutlery for cooking and eating.

There were washing machines and dryers in the basement.

The check-in process and number based locking system were very convenient.

Cons:

A few little things like tea, coffee, sugar, shower gel etc would've made things more convenient.

Also, instead of once a week, perhaps the apartment cleaning could be considered twice a few for long staying guests.
