Great value and location and we would happily stay again.
Pros:

Location was great and with free secure parking as well. We stayed for 2 nights and it was good value.

Cons:

The room was quite small and the decor a bit dated with pictures that looked like they had come from a charity shop. The receptionist was good though and showed us a couple of rooms to choose from. The corridors and entrance are a bit tatty and smelly and need a refresh.
