Comfortable stay in Ballarat
Pros:

Decor was really nice

Cons:

I hated that the windows could not be opened, it was stuffy and there was no air.
For the expensive price and
tiny size of the room, breakfast should have been included.

A comfortable and beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The large room and ambience and the divine smell in the hallways.
I only stayed one night for work and had to leave early, so didn't have any meals there, but it all looked beautiful.

Cons:

All great

Overpriced
Pros:

Room was very clean and the receptionist very helpful

Cons:

The outlook from the window with bird poo over the veranda and the excuse it was hard to keep birds away. The poo build up was excessive indicating it was not cleaned regularly. The hot water takes an exceptionally long time to get hot enough to have a shower. Train noise in early morning and the inability to black out the room. The door in our room was very hard to open and would not close properly without having to press it closed. Having to drag luggage up the steps
