Час прождали под гостиницей. После подтверждения бронирования не пришло никакой информации для заселения (номер комнаты, код для ключа). Я звонила, писала сообщения в приложение, на электронную почту. Никакой реакции. Вынуждены были ехать в другую гостиницу.

Viel tegen qua informatie en service
Pros:

We hadden een bed om te slapen, maar meer niet.

Cons:

We wisten niet dat er in de avond geen receptie open was en we hadden geen code voor de sleutel gekregen. We moesten bij de buren vragen hoe het werkte, die waren ardig en hebben geholpen.
Uiteindelijk gebeld, toen kregen we de code van een viendelijke meneer.
Het was donker en stil. Parkeren was niet duidelijk. We hebben in de buurt geparkeerd.
