Bien la ubicación. Falla en todo lo demás.
Pros:

Situado muy cerca de Plaza Taksim, con múltiples restaurantes y bares cerca.
Al lado de donde se coge el bus para ir al aeropuerto SAW.
La habitación estaba limpia.

Cons:

Habitación pequeña.
Cama no especialmente cómoda.
Bastante antiguo: necesita una reforma.
Baño también pequeño.
El aire acondicionado suena muchísimo y molesta para dormir.
Pedimos una habitación con dos camas separadas, confirmándonos dos veces que así sería, para que al final, tuviésemos una cama doble.

Will not go there again
Pros:

Only Location was good

Cons:

- Room was very small for four persons.
- No drinking water refill for room ( only the first day and only two small bottles for four persons)
- Room AC was turning on/off randomly even when someone inside and thermostat is at the lowest.
- Shower was leaky
-Water pressure was very low.

I really liked the entire staff..very kind and always helpful...they speak English + a bit of Arabic aside from turkish...the breakfast is amazing has everything and the chef always makes sure he presents everything in a delicious way...also the
cleaning lady was very genuine and very very clean and helpful..

Cons:

I just didn't like that we have to order water cz I remember last year they used to offer a bottle per day...other than thay all is perfect

Very Bad Experience – I Do Not Recommend This Hotel

I booked a large room with two queen beds and one double bed, but upon arrival I was given a much smaller room with only one queen bed and one twin bed. The room was far too small for our needs, and it was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, and contained very old, worn-out furniture.

I immediately complained because the room was completely different from what I had booked and paid for. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to provide the correct room during our stay.

I had booked four nights, but after staying two nights, I could no longer tolerate the conditions. I informed the hotel that I would check out unless they could provide the room I had originally reserved. Since they had no suitable room available, I requested a refund for the remaining two unused nights. The hotel told me to contact Booking.com, and I did. However, I still have not received my refund.

I only asked the hotel to charge me for the two nights I stayed and refund the two nights I did not use, which I believe is a fair request.

I do not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty, smelly, and much smaller than advertised. I feel that I was misled by being given a room that was completely different from the one I booked. In addition, the staff handled the situation unprofessionally and did not provide a satisfactory solution.
