Pros:

Great apartment, central, heating and cooling system. Really convenient and close to transport but quiet. Easy check in.

Nice accommodation but never get your pin wrong!
Pros:

Very good sized apartment. Comfortable sofa in lounge area, decent table and chairs for dining, really comfortable bed. It felt like a home.

I had a major problem with my credit card and the 2 Konrad's were absolute darlings in assisting me with what was a dreadfully stressful situation.

Cons:

The apartment windows have Venetian blinds which meant that they don't keep all the light out, so I was a little disturbed by the rising sun.

The owner of the property could have been a lot more kind and gentle in the situation I found myself with my credit card getting locked. Instead of being encouraged to feel relaxed that the owner is solution focused, trusting and we can find a way forward, it all went the other way to extreme pressure, no trust and leaving the Konrads feeling quite stressed too.

Pros:

El apartamento que nos tocó era tal cual las imágenes, muy amplio y cómodo para hospedarse 4 personas, y que todas estuvieran cómodas.
Esta muy bien ubicado, céntrico y con muchas opciones de restaurantes y bares cerca.
Sin duda un sitio donde repetir.

Great place, would visit again
Pros:

The hotel is located in a gorgeous old building, in a great neighborhood. The room we were in is spacious and cozy, and its facilities were stylish and functional.

The staff are very nice, polite and quick to respond to any request, at any time.

We were spoiled for choice with the amount of food and drink places all within a 5-minute walk in the neighborhood.

Overall, we had a great experience in Warsaw and Residence 1898 contributed quite a lot to it.

Cons:

Overall we were quite happy with the place, but we have several gripes regarding the room:
- the mattress was quite hard, which made us lose (or rather not gain enough) sleep;
- the facilities although functional were quite old and it shows. In my opinion they should be changed or repaired in the next year or two.

Szczerze polecam, zarówno jako miejsce na krótki jak i długi pobyt w Warszawie
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, zarówno w dostępności atrakcji turystycznych, jak i komunikacji z całą Warszawą. Mimo, że w centrum, usytuowanie pokój pozwalał na odpoczynek w niczym nie zmąconej ciszy. Lokal ponad normatywnych wymiarach 20 m2 i ok 4 metrów wysokości. Hotel dysponuje paroma miejscami parkingowymi, lecz zazwyczaj są zajęte. Jednak bez problemu można w pobliżu znaleźć miejsce parkingowe.

Cons:

Jedyny brak, to: hotel nie serwuje śniadań; lecz w pobliżu jest dużo restauracji kawiarni z dobrą kawą i słodyczami.
