No había agua caliente, mi familiar de la tercera edad se quedó enjabonada y tuvo que bañarse con agua fría

Solo servía un elevador y son súper pequeños, las camas son muy estrechas y no se puede dormir bien 2 personas, para una sola noche está bien, pero si tu objetivo es descansar bien, mejor vete a otro hotel
El desayuno estaba muy bueno, y buena variedad. Además la atención del personal muy amables, esto lo resalto.
Que no habían toallas en la habitación, y cuando las solicité, me llevaron una (y éramos 2 personas), luego tuve que ir a pedir la otra que amablemente me la llevaron.
Adicional el lector de la tarjeta en el ascensor fallaba mucho, creo que necesita de mantenimiento.
