In general my stay was nice and would stay again for sure.
Pros:

The property is very nice and spacious, food and staff were lovely and very accommodating. Rooms were great

Cons:

The shower head wouldn’t stay in place so had to use it handheld. The bed I was in had a lump in the centre of it.

Comfortable, near my destination and no real issues..would stay there again

the Hotel fitted my requirements for a weekend away. Nice spacious room, good shower, comfortable beds and good facilities (coffee /tea, iron etc

Good choice at breakfast

Cons:

Gave it a "9" rather than a "10" as i felt the dining area was a little cold as the majority of it was situated near the entrance door and foyer. Food was good but perhaps a bit more choice on the menu

Poor Customer care, very sloppy hospitality
Pros:

Reception was really poor.

Paid £160 for B&B. Try to stop me having breakfast when I paid for it. Won’t be using this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel with great staff
Pros:

We stay at this hotel regularly and the service and standards are always exceptional.

The rooms are very comfortable and soundproof so you get a good sleep. Bedding is very comfortable, powerful showers and nice toiletries. Complimentary water in all rooms is nice touch.

The reception staff are always very nice and we got a friendly welcome from Ashleigh, Sharon, Alex and Ciaron.

The club lounge is really comfortable and open all day with alcohol drinks from 5-7. The canapes are ok but would be nice to have more choices as they get repetitive.

Ronelda, Dylan and Amy give great service at the bar along with good banter which always makes you feel welcome.

The restaurant food is so good. Weve never had a bad meal. The menu has a good choice and isnt too overpriced considering it's a 4* airport hotel. We always get excellent service from Dana.

The breakfast buffet has a wide choice of items and you can order from the menu too. The staff are always really friendly especially Diane.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the airport terminal and really easy to get into the city centre by bus or taxi. There is also regular Ember coaches from the airport.
