Categories

Cleanliness
9.1
Multiple reviews emphasise rooms being 'really clean', 'exceptionally clean' and 'lovely and clean'; overall cleanliness is a standout positive.
Service
8.3
Many comments praise staff as 'lovely', 'helpful', 'outstanding' and welcoming, though a few serious service failures (restaurant staff abuse, reception not supporting guest) lower the score slightly.
Location
9.5
Consistently praised for proximity to the airport, TECA/P&J Live and car hire; repeatedly noted as an ideal airport/arena hotel.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are spacious and comfortable for many guests, but recurring issues (stuffy rooms, non-working air conditioning, bed lump, shower head problems, windows not opening) reduce the score.
Amenities
8.4
Good standard amenities noted (coffee/tea, iron, secure modern facilities); suggestions for shuttle service and some Wi-Fi/aircon issues indicate room for improvement.
Value for Money
8
Some guests report good price and return visits, but at least one strong complaint about being denied paid breakfast and feeling poor value drags the rating down.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast repeatedly described as 'amazing' and food/drinks praised, though a few comments about limited menu choice, cold dining area and an isolated restaurant staff incident temper the score.
Overall Experience
8.8
Majority of reviews are very positive ('highly recommend', 'would stay again') with excellent location, cleanliness and breakfast; isolated negative incidents lower but do not dominate the overall impression.

Perfect!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing

I worried we would be kept awake by the airport noise but heard nothing

Cons:

I think WiFi could of been a tad better

May be abit niche but we were there for an event in the p&j live arena but the weather was terrible maybe in future get a shuttle bus to take customers to the arena or the airport door? Huge ask I know but an idea!
