Pros:

Excellent room wife loved the remote curtains and amazing large window and great view, surprised with the complimentary wine a great touch .
Bed was comfy and shower was good and powerful it was great to have fridge and security box
Breakfast was good with so much choice well recommended
Pool and spa great

Cons:

We wasn’t happy to have toilet in same room not very personal I know cubicle shuts and curtain goes around but not very private

Cool, but still i don't think i will return here.
Pros:

Location and a terras outside are cool. haveing a 24/7 resto and bar.

Cons:

"working girls" present inside the hotel soliciting to guests... that really is not a good look.
The rooms have a rather interesting setup, giving little privacy when using the toilet and shower.

La posizione fuori del centro ma con metro e autobus comodissimi. L’albergo moderno pulito.

Incredible staff so attentive and just about everytging was top notch
Pros:

Pool and sauna plus steam room exceptional
Breakfast always being replenished with hot and tasty food
Staff amazingly attentive and knew our names after a day there wonderful staff treatment and the cleaners were super efficient as well

Cons:

I would ask for a room overlooking the square next time but all in all even the " City View " room we had was very satisfactory
