Suite au vol du porte-monnaie de ma compagne le soir au bar, nous avons dans un premier temps pris contact avec la réception qui nous a répondu que rien n’avait été trouvé au bar cela malgré que nous avons constaté qu’il y avait des caméras ( devant le bar et dans la
salle) nous regrettons que le
service de sécurité n’a pas donné suite à notre demande.
nous sommes redirigé vers la police.
Pas de retour de la direction ou du personnel après plusieurs demandes de notre part

there were trainees at the reception,who gave wrong information or not at all,the ac didn't work properly,breakfast wasn't good enough for a four star hotel,the pillows weren't comfy,towels weren't changed every day
