Teleurstellend.

De locatie is geweldig en de bedden liggen goed.

De kamer op de foto lijkt groter dan hij is.
Het is meer een kast waar een bed in past die uitkijkt op een luchtschacht waar veel herrie utkomt waardoor je ook geen raam open kunt zetten en het benauwd is in de kamer.
Voor de vorm staat er een kunstplant voor het raam.
Er is geen daglicht in de kamer wat niet vermeld wordt op Booking.com

De bedden liggen goed maar het gebouw is erg gehorig en doordat wij een kamer bij de ingang hadden met een zware deur die dichtslaat hebben wij 3 nachten weinig geslapen.
De geleverde oordopjes waren een goede tip voor de te verwachtte geluidsoverlast.
Dat lag ook mede aan de bewoner boven ons waar het hotel niets aan kan doen.

Een dunne deken met een laken is niet voldoende. Er ligt een deken maar die ziet er niet schoon of comfortabel uit.
Er is geen kast in de kamer maar een rek met een schoenen hanger.
Er is geen personeel aanwezig om mogelijk te vragen naar een andere kamer,
Wij hebben 1 dag schoonmaak gevraagd, die was niet geweldig en ook kregen wij geen schone handdoeken.

De wifi is slecht, uit de douche komt veel water wat snel alleen koud water is.
De badkamer is duidelijk aan een opknapbeurt toe en bijna groter dan de kamer.
Het ontbijt is niet van het hotel zelf maar kun je gebruiken in de Mercado de Colon.
Al met al een mooie locatie maar ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden.
Een algehele opknapbeurt en meer service kan geen kwaad.
