Slechtste wat ik ooit geboekt heb
Pros:

Behalve de ligging die top is, kan ik dit hotel niet aanraden. De kamer was ingesloten, er was een raam maar deze ging niet open en was verduisterd met louvredeuren die ook niet open gingen. Hierdoor kon de kamer niet verlucht worden, (hoewel ze zeggen van wel) . Hierdoor hing er een indringende muffe geur in de kamer. Bovendien was er een deur op de kamer waar op stond nooduitgang , maar deze was op slot. Daar het hotel werkt met self check-inn, is er niemand aanwezig om een oplossing te zoeken. We hebben geprobeerd om de nacht door te brengen op de kamer, maar zijn na een uur vertrokken midden in de nacht. Ik heb de dag nadien een klacht geschreven aan het hotel, zonder resultaat! Zij beweren dat de kamers wel verlucht worden en dat het hotel volledig in orde is met de brand en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
In ieder geval , de reuk in de kamer was helemaal niet ok en wij voelden ons niet veilig, daarom zijn we ook vertrokken.

Pros:

Era una ubicación excelente. Viajábamos con un bebé y había cuna con Saba y mantita y además habían dejado una cajita con juguetitos para ella (globo, chupachus, saltador...) fue un detalle que nos encantó y también pusieron toalla para ella. Además nos dejaron dos botellas de agua.

I would stay here again
Pros:

The location in the old town was really convenient, close to some of the main sights. Also, it was a quiet and very spacious room. Some aspects of the bathroom could be improved, but in general the property was very clean.

Cons:

There was no staff, so if you want to leave your luggage, there is no such option. Also, if there are any problems with checking in or out, or you just need extra towels, for instance, there is noone to turn to.

Desaconsejable por el ruido
Pros:

Ubicación.

Cons:

Mucho ruido sobre todo del piso superior incluso con Tapones y del pasillo. Baño fuera de la habitación. Sólo una llave de habitación y portal y eramos dos personas (habia que pagar para otra llave)

Mooie locatie, prima hotel
Pros:

De ligging, lekker centraal. Je bent zo in park en centrum.

Cons:

Ik vind het toch wel prettig dat er een receptie is. Nu moest alles telefonisch en per e-mail en de reactie was niet heel snel op sommige momenten. Geen mogelijkheid tot parkeren van fietsen binnen. Airco niet zelf in te stellen.

Very clean and central. Spacious rooms but no closer wardrobes.

Cons:

The AC in room 111 was not working and we had to sleep in a very hit room, at 35 degC, in the middle if July. Although it appeared ON, it wasn't cooling. The owner promised it was fixed but when we returned late at night in the room, it wasn't fixed.

Stanza grande, accogliente e bella. Ottima sia per una persona sola che per due. Posizione centralissima, a due passi da Plaza de la Reina. Secondo piano con ascensore. Aria condizionata in camera regolabile.
