Overpriced stay. Only worth the 1 night to do the restaurant experience

The cleaning service was great. The pool lady from Argentina was great. Reception can be improved.
It is not a 5 star hotel. I.e no room service except for breakfast and borrowing an iron for example you need to go and fetch yourself also 4 out of 7 days pool bar was unattended. It Is a good 4, but no gym, Restaurant is pretty average for the hotel. (The Michelin star experience is amazing but else very average). The “spa” is not a spa at all, and would highly recommend to not book. Massage service was ok Overall good room will only recommend to stay 1 night max.

M parecio un sitio viejo y sin encanto. Los muebles eran viejos en el sentido de otra epoca. El exterior estaba condicionado por las bodas que celebran. El jardin estaba muy poco cuidado. El desayuno no era de calidad. Y el precio muy elevado.

Lo mejor el restaurante, un lujo, calidad y servicio excepcional. Una cena repetible y muy revomendable. Alojarse allí y no comer o cenar es un crimen. El hotel está bien, sin más

El verdín en la piscina, no está bien conservada. Hay instalaciones muy antiguas en algunas zonas del hotel. No es un 5 estrellas real, un 4 raspado.

Ens ha agradat molt l'espai, les instal.lacions i l'ambient. És un lloc ideal per desconnectar i relaxar-te. També hem gaudit molt de l'experiència del restaurant.

Cons:

El servei de bar de la piscina no funciona correctament, crec que cal millorar aquest aspecte si volen donar aquest servei.

El entorno es precioso, los jardines, las zonas de relax
La habitación bonita y amplia con un jardincito y un jacussi. Muy chulo esto.

Cons:

Eche de menos una mesa de despacho en la habitación
Tampoco me gustó el desayuno. Las magdalenas de pistacho estaban espectaculares pero el desayuno no tenía demasiada variedad, para tener 5 estrellas me pareció muy pobre.

Para un hotel de cinco estrellas, muchos fallos
Pros:

La habitacion un 8, habia alguna alguna carencia, pero en general muy bien

Cons:

No me gusto el trato del personal de recepción, no sabían indicarme las alternativas que teníamos en el pueblo del hotel, no me gusto el abandono del jardín y no me gusto la piscina, estaba con presencia de muchos insectos y muchas algas, me quedo el bañador verde de apoyarme en las paredes d la piscina.
