Réservation annulée sans préavis malgré une arrivée tardive signalée
Cons:

J'avais effectué cette réservation pour une délégation arrivant de l'étranger. Anticipant un éventuel retard, j'avais pris soin d'informer l'établissement de notre arrivée tardive, demande qui m'avait été confirmée et acceptée. De plus, l'intégralité du séjour avait déjà été réglée en ligne.

Malgré cela, à notre arrivée après plus de 18 heures de voyage, nous avons découvert que la réservation avait été annulée unilatéralement, sans le moindre appel, e-mail ou message. Cette décision est d'autant plus incompréhensible que l'hôtel avait été prévenu de notre arrivée tardive. Même en cas de retard plus important que prévu, il est difficile de comprendre pourquoi une réservation entièrement payée est annulée sans aucune tentative de contacter le client.

Le personnel, y compris le responsable, n'a proposé aucune solution ni fait preuve de la moindre flexibilité. Nous avons dû chercher un autre hôtel après un très long trajet. Une expérience particulièrement décevante, qui témoigne d'un manque de professionnalisme et de considération envers les clients.

Leider Duschstrahl schwach und Duschkopf kann nicht auf Strahl gestellt werden (gar nicht verstellbar). Leider nur ein großes Handtuch pro Person, kleines Handtuch fehlt. Die Ortstaxe ist sehr hoch!
