Reception- excellent 👌🏻
Maybe a small kid's playground would have been nice. Just because if you travel all the way to the Aquarium, no energy left to look for a playground for a toddler. A swing and slide would have been enough.

The staff are friendly and the location of the hotel as well.
The bathroom had a weird stench. I honestly didn’t like that.
Good location right by the metro
Located next to Vennes station, easy to get around. Very good breakfast, both in terms of variety and quality. Nice inner yard. Good tea and coffee in the room included and being added every day. Room is cleaned and all the towels replaced every day by default. Friendly people. Enough power sockets, and comfortably located.
Nothing to mention here. There were exactly two things we were missing: refrigerator in the room (July, up to +35 outside, would be great to have a small one in the room), fish/seafood for breakfast. To be 500% picky, the road outside is not noiseless, there are cars and they drive, this is audible from inside if the windows are open. :)
Difficult to park at night; the hotel is not well lit or well-signaled.
Hotel is quite expensive but facilities are quite basic and though functional, too pricey.
I reserved two rooms, they told me they were the same, they were not, and neither were the prices. The smaller one was more expensive, perhaps reserved through booking.
Price/Comfort - quite poor value. Simple functional clean rooms, too expensive for what they are. Very difficult to find parking at night, quite dark
The room was clean and the hotel felt clean enough. The pass to use the local metro is very helpful as the hotel itself is not close to any local amenities.
The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly (except for the first lady I encountered at reception upon arrival). No tea, coffee facilities in the room nor water supplied daily. Feels clinical and geared towards conferences.
Staff came across rude when asked a question and seemed like they didn't want to be disturbed by guests.
