It was okay.
Pros:

I liked that the staff was nice and the pool was amazing.

Cons:

I booked a queen bed and it was a full bed it wasn’t easy to share the space. Also the AC would turn off and my room ended up super hot during the middle of the night. When I was using the restroom I also had to kill and nickle sized spider. I didn’t like that breakfast was at 8 on weekends being that we had to be out before 7.

Outdated and terrible Management of this hotel
Pros:

When I first booked their hotel on their website I searched for the night I needed and when I went to get my credit card the share timed out on my iPad. So I touched the screen and it came back up to where I entered my card and hit book. What I didn’t realize that when I booked their hotel reservation for June 11 it reverted back to the date of booking June 10. Not knowing (shame on me for not rechecking) but I get an email the next morning telling me to check out. I realized that it was wrong and called the hotel and they were no help and said I was considered a no-show and they charged my card and would not refund me. I tried calling 3 times to IHG customer service and they had to transfer me to guest relations when they would transfer e it would automatically drop the call So ended up rebooking the room at a higher rate for the correct date because we still needed a place to stay. Upon getting g there the room we got was old and outdated. The TV was broke and the ice machines were not working. The breakfast was not great like other holiday express places I have stayed. Overall the pictures were deceiving and I had to pay for a night i wasn’t there and I felt that the hotel could have assisted me with the cost

Served its purpose- would stay again.
Pros:

It was close to our ultimate destination. Breakfast was good for “continental”.

Cons:

There were 4 of us in the room- all adults - all on the booking - and three towels were provided. 2 of us are women - and alone use 2 towels each.

A little erotic at check in
Pros:

Very clean easy to get too very nice

Cons:

Person checking us in was very rude. I noted 4 months prior to our arrival we would be coming in for a wedding needed to check in about 1ish because of wedding starting at 3:30 pm and they approved it but check in lady was rude didn’t believe me and argued with me I had email stating approved and even on check in paperwork I had to sign stated CUSTOMER WILL BE ARRIVING FOR AN EARLY CHECK IN BUT SHE STILL THREW EVERYTHING AROUND PISSED OFF

The kids loved the stay
Pros:

I loved the indoor pool as that is main reason we booked there. Our kids love to swim and they had indoor pool.the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.

Cons:

We kept having an issue with electronic key card.

I would stay at this property again.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn't bad. Certainly much better than some of the other hotels in the immediate vicinity.

Cons:

The hotel is on a new road so our GPS had some difficulty in getting us to the right place and signage for the property wasn't obvious.

Not a good experience
Pros:

Had a very bad experience. The room was not clean. Bathroom sink and vanity were old and chipped. Pool was not clean. Front desk was not friendly, nor knowledgeable about the area. I would rare ZERO if I could.
