Please note that on-site parking is subject to availability and a daily surcharge of CHF 21. Guests staying in the Deluxe category rooms can park in the hotel car park free of charge. The car park is
located below the hotel and shares the same building entrance as the car park of the COOP supermarket, located at Route de Suisse 79, 1290 Versoix. The hotel car park is located at -4 level.

You receive the «Geneva Transport Card» which allows you to use public transport throughout the canton of Geneva free of charge and without limits: bus, tram, train and boat (Mouettes genevoises) for the entire duration of your stay.

Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht und bezahlt, im ersten Stock Ausblick primär in die Hauswand vis à vis, ums Eck ist der See
Qualität der Zimmereinrichtung nicht preisgerecht

Scopo del viaggio era il Paleo Festival a Nyon. Quindi l’hotel era in posizione perfetta per raggiungerlo in treno.
Pros:

L’hotel è vicinissimo alla stazione di Versoix ed è comunque dotato di comodo parcheggio sotterraneo, a pagamento. Andare a Ginevra in treno è comodissimo e consigliato. La stanza era molto accogliente e pulita.

Cons:

Il bagno ha la vasca e non la doccia, che avremmo preferito. Salvo una bottiglia da mezzo litro di acqua minerale non vi era altro (ad esempio bibite o snack). Ciononostante ci è stato richiesto un deposito temporaneo di 100 franchi proprio per eventuali, ma impossibili) consumi.

Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben für eine Nacht inklusive Frühstück und Parkplatz rund 500 € bezahlt. Für diesen Preis hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und aus unserer Sicht keine 20 € pro Person wert.

Besonders enttäuschend war unsere Ankunft. Wir kamen gegen 21:50 Uhr an. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass wir noch Abendessen gehen könnten. Im Restaurant erklärte uns jedoch ein Mitarbeiter, dass wir nur noch fünf Minuten hätten. Als wir uns an einen Tisch setzten, wurden wir wieder weggeschickt, da dieser bereits für das Frühstück vorbereitet sei. Am Ende mussten wir hungrig ins Bett gehen.

Auch die Kommunikation an der Rezeption war schwierig, da weder Deutsch noch Englisch gut gesprochen wurden. Außerdem wollte man uns zunächst zusätzliche Kosten für angebliche „Extras“ berechnen, obwohl wir nichts Zusätzliches gebucht hatten.

Außer dem See gibt es in der Umgebung kaum etwas zu unternehmen. Für 500 € hätten wir im Nachhinein lieber Öl ein Hotel in Genf gebucht.

Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen und können das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Låg perfekt för vårt ändamål. Tåget precis bredvid som tar dig till Genève på 15 minuter.

Cons:

Ingen luftkonditionering, vilket verkligen behövdes i så hög värme. Fanns en fläkt men gjorde inte så mycket nytta.

Parking in der Tiefgarage, Nähe zum See.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, absolut nicht zu empfehlen, wenn es über 25 Grad warm ist, wir hatten 28 Grad im Zimmer, da mag ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel keine Ausreden hören. Das Frühstück ist sehr beschränkt, eine Kaffeemaschine auf sehr viele Leute, keine Gefässe für 3-Minuten Eier auch nicht auf Nachfrage.

Mauvais séjour pour une fin de voyage en Suisse.

La vue de la chambre uniquement.

Cons:

Tout !! Il faisait 27 degrés dans la chambre, pas de climatisation à disposition à part un petit ventilateur qui n’a fait aucun effet sur la température de la chambre

La chambre était la seule des 4 hôtels sans panier pour notre chiot ni même une gamelle. Heureusement que nous avions prévu une gamelle de voyage au cas où.

Le personnel n’a pas pris en compte la chaleur dans les chambres, ni même le fait que nous le mentionnions.

Le petit déjeuner était trop cher pour ce qui était présenté.

Une honte de payer aussi cher (99CHF de plus pour parking, taxe de séjour et présence du chien) pour des choses aussi peu satisfaisantes.
