You receive the «Geneva Transport Card» which allows you to use public transport throughout the canton of Geneva free of charge and without limits: bus, tram, train and boat (Mouettes genevoises) for the entire duration of your stay.

We stopped as this was half way to our destination
J'y ai déjà séjourné plusieurs fois. Cette semaine, j'ai oublié ma nouvelle brosse à dents électrique. Je l'ai signalé le jour même. La brosse à dents n'a pas été retrouvée. Quel mensonge...

Zimmer mit Seeblick ist super. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr praktisch. Frühstück sehr gut.
Je suis resté deux heures maximum dans le parking de l'hôtel et on m'a facturé plus de 30 francs pour le parking j'ai envoyé un mail à l'hôtel sur ce sujet on n'a pas pris le plaisir de me répondre
Gorgeous property, the view was beautiful. The room was also to a good standard.
A lot of rude staff here, also don’t try to pay for the property online before your stay, it doesn’t work then you have rude receptions who aren’t helpful at all, you get charged extra fees once you go to check in, city tax we knew about but then you’re also charged 50chf per person per night for however long you’re staying, which isn’t stated anywhere, so for a stay that was meant to be around 480chf ended up being 780chf. It was my birthday on the day of check in and after travelling all day you were greeted with coldness instead of niceness, and this was the atmosphere everyday. There was 1 or 2 nice people on the bar (think Daniel and a French guy can’t remember name, 2 great guys deserve recognition)
Overall for the price and stars of this hotel you’d expect better atmosphere and kindness but this wasn’t the experience, which is a shame because was looking forwarding to staying here. The best thing about the stay was the view and the 2 legends mentioned above.
Zimmer mit Seeblick und Bergsicht gebucht - Mont Blanc war an 2 Tagen super zu sehen. Tiefgaragenstellplatz (21 Franken am Tag) absolut empfehlenswert. Bei sonnigem Wetter auf der Restaurant Terrasse gutes Essen und leckeren Wein genossen. Frühstück war auch gut. Personal professionell und Top freundlich. Mit der Bahn (Haltestelle 5 Minuten entfernt) ist man in 20 Minuten in Genf - kostenlos mit der Geneva Card.

La porte du wc était bloquée ouverte et par conséquence nous n'avions pas la privacité souhaitée. Après une semaine de séjour et plusieurs rappels au personnel rien n'a été fait à ce sujet.
