I will always come back here. They care about you here.
Pros:

The staff is very polite and helpful. They make all efforts to satisfy the guests. They sell sodas and other items behind the receptionist. 24 hour person on duty. They have coffee in the am ( and sometimes in the afternoon) for the guests in the lobby. The room was clean. Bed slept well. Clean towels. Room cleaned daily. They may ask you if you want this service. Only a shower but water was good and warm. Air conditioner worked well but not on a remote on a wall switch so you must get out of the bed to turn it off. Door knobs should be changed to the electric card or combination to increase safety. The price is very reasonable if you do not need all the bells and whistles.A good place to eat near by and Juarez Metro is in walking distance. This is an older type building.

Cons:

There are 21 steps from the lobby to rooms 50-64. There is no elevator. This may be important for some potential guests. Many people working there who may help with luggage There were no hangars, no closet nor desk in the room. There was a chair. One electric socket only. Tv works well with a remote.

La verdad muy mala estaban lavando el piso ala 1 de la mañana y el gerente prefirió que desocuparamos la habitación en lugar de resolver la verdad ya ahí no regreso

Pros:

la ubicación estaba cerca del metro del centro

Cons:

las camas muy duras , nos dieron un papel ya usado y toallas super viejitas , como las camas son de cemento varias veces nos golpeamos nuestros deditos , nos picaron muchos animalitos que estaban en las camas.

Pros:

Nice and clean. The room service was great and very friendly.

Cons:

The receptionists, 2 with very bad attitudes, the only nice one worked in the evening and she wore glasses, she was very welcoming and professional, the other two seemed mad all the time. I will not be staying at this Hotel in the future, with bad attitudes it makes guests fell uncomfortable.

Que el agua al bañarse se quedó como estancada. Tardo mucho en irse. Eso es incómodo
