Pros:

The staff went over and above to help us during check in and with food and snacks provided in the lobby and the breakfast. Between the staff and the clean comfy rooms we loved it.

Good for Cost, Caution Allergies
Pros:

Great staff, location, beds were really comfy and room was nice.

Cons:

Smelled like they tried to cover up old cigarette smell or something? It gave me allergic reaction from the odor. They need to replace the carpet and repaint walls and replace the wallpaper to get rid of the smell.

This could be an AMAZING hotel if this was cleaned up a bit. The furniture and room layout is nice.

Would not stay again and wished I had booked one of the other hotels.
Pros:

Close to freeway, on the way to Portland. Breakfast was included. Pictures online showed it was recently remodeled.

Cons:

I work in service and don’t normally leave a disappointed review, but this hotel was not clean. Our room had other peoples hair all over, especially the bathroom/shower, face smudges on the mirror, stains all over on the carpet in the hallways and smelled as though our room was previously smoking allowed. It said the hotel was recently remodeled in other reviews, but seemed messily done and not complete. Nice to be near the freeway, but loud road noise and hotel noise, had to sleep with earplugs. Limited breakfast options.

Convenient motel to the Boise airport.
Pros:

Convenient location near the airport if you are flying in or out of Boise. It is reasonably priced as of now but I keep seeing rates going up.

Cons:

It is not close to any restaurants or to downtown . Last I saw, rates are increasing.

We chose to stay there two nights just because it was clean and the location

It was really close to the airport and other places we wanted to see

Cons:

It’s location and free ride to and from the airport and staff was really friendly for the most part one gentleman at the front desk was not as pleasant as the other staff, but he was still pleasant

Dirty linens and wash clothes after a long drive and late night check in was disappointing.
Pros:

Location convenient

Cons:

Drove 9 hours, Arrived to hotel @ 11:00pm to check into a room with Dirty bed sheets on a made bed. I had to go back to the front desk twice: 1-request a different room with clean linens 2-checked into 2nd room went to wash my face, dirty wash clothes, went back to the front desk to show the dirty wash clothes and request clean wash clothes.

This beats many hotels i have ever stayed at.
Pros:

The concierge who checked us in was polite and gave us a warm welcome. That was very memorable. Also to add the breakfast was delicious and was surprised by the quantity of options and the quality.

Cons:

Very difficult to think of one.
