The breakfast was very good. The staff were very accommodating to our early arrival and request for late departure.
Hotel was a great location for access to restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront, which were all within easy walking distance. The free parking is very limited (behind the hotel), so we were not able to take advantage of that upon arrival. We were able to move our car to that lot the next morning after some guests had left, because we stayed in our room until check-out at 11:00 A.M. since it was the last day of our trip. Overnight, we parked in a nearby "P2" street parking area and used the "Parka" app to pay for the hourly parking, which is low. The "Parka" app automatically stopped the hourly charges after 9:00 P.M. (because it is free after that) until around 9:00 A.M. in the morning, so the charge was minimal. Free breakfast was included. It was fine and had a decent selection of food choices, but average as compared with other hotels we have stayed at in the past. Good WiFi. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They asked to photocopy our passports, which seemed unusual (i.e., no other hotel asked for that), but they said that the police department requires hotels to obtain that information for all foreign guests.
We were assigned a handicapped room. The shower was not enclosed and did not even have a shower curtain. Thus, when we showered, water ended up on the adjacent flooring and around the adjacent toilet, which was dangerous. We had to place towels on the floor to sop up the water so we didn't have to walk in the large puddle. It seems that this would be equally (or more) dangerous to a handicapped person. We were able to look at another empty room, which did have an enclosed shower, this would not likely have been an issue with other non-handicapped rooms. We informed an employee of our concerns with the shower design.

Bardzo dobry hotel, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę ceny w okolicy. Obsługa jest niezwykle miła i pomocna. Jeśli wyjeżdżasz na wycieczkę przed godziną śniadania, hotel przygotowuje solidny i smaczny zestaw na drogę. Dodatkowym plusem jest możliwość skorzystania z kawy i herbaty już od wczesnych godzin porannych, jeszcze przed rozpoczęciem śniadań.
Pokoje są czyste, ciepłe i dobrze utrzymane. Ogromnym atutem, zwłaszcza po całodziennych wycieczkach po Islandii, jest duży grzejnik, na którym bez problemu można wysuszyć przemoczone ubrania. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel.
Rooms were very clean. Bath room and rooms were very small, which was expected. There is small parking place behind hotel. There is P3 and P4 parking place near by. Location is good. reception was helpful at the time of check in and allowed to stay while unloading.
Breakfast place is very small and gives impression you are seating in corridor. Staff at the time of checkout was a bit rude. He put restriction in parking car for loading luggage and parking back side for loading.
