Friendly staff!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Storm Hotel! The staff were very friendly, especially Susana, who was incredibly helpful when I arrived early in the morning, well before check-in time. She showed me where I could leave my luggage and where the bathrooms were so I could freshen up and get changed. She also recommended a great restaurant nearby.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. The selection was fantastic and the quality of the food was really good. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay!
It is worth noting that the airport shuttle bus stops right in front of the hotel (Bus Stop 12).
Overall, I had a lovely experience at Storm Hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Everything was as expected. Understanding that prices in Iceland are quite expensive, Storm hotel offers a reasonable alternative which includes breakfast, which is very convenient given that most restaurants open later in Reykjavik.

I would definitely stay here again .
Pros:

Great location and one kitchen helper especially went above and beyond.

Cons:

A few of the front desk staff were very quiet and didn’t make eye contact, even when we asked a question.

Comfortable and met all expectations for a short work-trip.

Pros:

Good location, a few minutes drive from the heart of the city. We had a car and we're lucky enough to snatch up one of the limited number of car parks out the back of the hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and breakfast in the mornings was great!

We recommend this hotel. Excellent location.
Pros:

Everything was just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Friendly staff, a clean room, and a nice view from the window.
Excellent breakfast and very comfortable beds. We even got fish oil at breakfast!!!

Yet another great "STORM" experience, my hotel of choice for transit in and out of Reykjavik...
Pros:

This was my 6th stay here in the last few years, it does exactly what it says on the "tin"..... excellent service, good VFM and the staff are exceptional...

Cons:

Rooms are sometimes a little cramped when trying to sort out 2 adults and 2 full size suitcases, not a major issue if only staying for one night though...
