The hotel was in a great location for our family get together and it was fresh clean and spacious. The rooms are a generous size and the beds are very comfortable. The staff were all excellent, very hardworking, friendly and professional.
We had to wait 2hrs after the 3pm check in time for our room as it had not been cleaned. The lovely young lady at Reception could see that we were not happy and was able to offer us a 30% reduction on one of our meals there. I could see that it was due to not enough staff which we also saw in The Vault restaurant. The food and ambience were excellent there but the service was slow (lunchtime) due to insufficient staff. I felt sorry for all the staff in the hotel who were working so hard but it was evident that the management do not want to hire the sufficient amount of staff to make this hotel really fantastic. The young man who was valet parking the cars was the only one there on his own for 4hrs at a very busy time in the evening and he was still helpful and smiling but it was really hard for him. I hope the management take note of my comments.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, modern und wirklich cool gestaltet. Besonders die Poolanlage und der Spa-Bereich haben uns sehr gut gefallen – alles ist hochwertig, schön gemacht und lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Es sollte deutlicher kommuniziert werden, dass sich der Ostflügel relativ weit vom Hauptbereich entfernt befindet. Der interne Durchgang ist zwar praktisch und auch der angebotene Shuttle-Service ist positiv. Schade fanden wir jedoch die Situation am Außenpool: Als Hotelgast sollte man unserer Meinung nach eine Liege bekommen können, ohne danach suchen oder darum kämpfen zu müssen. Ein großer Teil der Liegen bzw. des Poolbereichs scheint externen Gästen vorbehalten zu sein. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie und als zahlender Übernachtungsgast hätten wir hier eine klare Priorisierung der Hotelgäste erwartet.

حجزت في فندق Five وسكنت في فندق مجاور له يسمونه west wing يبعد عنه يمكن 300 متر تمر في سرداب موجود فالصور .. المكان اللي سكنت في هو فندق شكله ثلاث نجوم مغلق مؤقتا ربما مستأجرينه منهم Five خلال فترات المواسم على كل حال دفعنا في فندق خمسة نجوم وسكنا في فندق منفصل تماما عن الفندق الرئيسي ولا يوجد فيه اي خدمات كل الخدمات إذا تحتاجها.. فطور ..غدا مسبح ..لوبي تطلع مع السرداب صعودا ونزول 300 متر ودرج دائري صعب .. غرفة السكن صغيرة جدا .. إذا حطيت الشنطة ما تعرف تمر .. والثلاجة اذا فتحتها قفلت الممر .. مصعد واحد شغال على اربعة ادوار وما يشيل اكثر من اربعة .. ولو حبيت تنزل الدرج يغمى عليك فالدور الثاني من الدوران فالدرج الدوار .. المسبح كله طحالب موجود فالصور ..حاولت اصور بعض الأمور عشان لا تدفع فلوس في مكان غير جيد والمصداقية فيه تحتاج إلى مراجعة.. والحقيقة ما اعرف الاخوان اللي يقولون كويس نزلوا فالمسبح .. شافوا السرداب وإلا أنا لوحدي 😅

Personal schon beim Check -in waren nicht besonders Hilfreich oder Freundlich eher genervte .
Und das fast keine Deutsch mitten in Zürich in der Schweiz die Landessprache beherrscht.
