كان يحسب على مركبتي خاصه باركن 30 فرانك لليوم وعندي خروجي دفعت 14 فرانك ضريبه لليوم رغم أنني حجزت عن طريق بوكينق مع ضريبه / وحجزت غرفه ولاكن نلقي مبنى آخر غير اللي بصوره وجبرني احجز سويت وادفع 100 فرانك لليوم ورفضت

J’avais une mauvaise impression mais après avoir été contacté par monsieur Philippe, j’ai totalement changer d’avis , c’est une personne en or , à l’écoute et surtout compréhensible.

la fraîcheur des lieux en pleine canicule, le service de valet rapide et efficace

Cons:

les peignoirs de chambre ont déjà bien vécu, les deux présentaient des trous en divers endroits, pour un hôtel de ce standing c'est moyen. Difficile de trouver du personnel qui s'exprime en allemand.

Cons:

Ich bin enttäuscht, weil ich mit einem extrem guten Preis angelockt wurde und bei der Ankunft wurde mir erklärt, dass ich durch einen 300 m langen Tunnel in ein Leben Gebäude laufen müsse, wahlweise gefahren.

Dass der günstige Zimmer war dann in einem Betonblock weit entfernt von dem eigentlich schönen Five Hotel, erreichbar durch diesen stickigen Tunnel.

Das Zimmer war nicht lüftbar, roch schlecht und bin langen Tunnel zurück geflüchtet um 200 € Aufpreis für die junior suite zu zahlen.

Das Nebengebäude also unbedingt vermeiden.

Vores ophold ved hotel Five er en blanding af både godt og mindre godt.
Pros:

Vi var glad for beliggenheden, naturen omkring hotellet, og maden.

Personalet i restauranterne, ved morgenmaden og rengøringspersonalet var enormt imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme, hilste pænt og smilte.

Cons:

Hele vores ophold har desværre været meget turbulent, det startede med at vi blev tilbudt et værelse i deres East wing afdeling hvilket er en helt anden bygning, hvor værelserne og receptionen er mørkt og koldt - der er intet 5 stjernet over dette syn.

Vi afslog med det samme og krævede et værelse i deres hovedbygning, hvor der er adgang til både pool, have område, og restauranter. Dette kunne de ikke imødekomme, fordi de allerede havde udsolgt deres standardværelser i hovedbygningen, tiltrods for at vi havde booket 4 overnatninger i meget god tid og dette var ikke blevet oplyst under vores reservation.

Ved at der blot står East Wing, forstår ingen hvad der menes med det og hvordan hotellet er opdelt - flere af gæsterne var utilfredse med dette.

Efter stor frustration, går de med til, at tilbyde os et værelse i deres hovedbygning mod 100 CHF pr overnatning. Vi ender med at opgrader vores værelse og betaler 400 CHF ekstra for 4 overnatninger.

Deres East Wing afdeling lever ikke op til et 5 stjernet hotel, værelset er småt og med udsigt til nabolaget med boligblokke, legeplads og en beskidt vindueskarm.

Vores oplevelse er, at personalet især ved receptionen og ved poolen er desværre ikke særlig høflige, smilte ikke og var uhøflig mod flere af gæsterne.

Hotellet er bestemt ikke familievenligt og børnevenligt som der ellers henvises til, under vores ophold kunne vi ikke bruge pool området både om fredagen og lørdagen fra kl 12.00 til lukketid fordi der var privat pool party for voksne med DJ, dansere og meget sprut - vi havde desværre værelse lige ud til poolen og min søn var helt utilpas ved dette syn.

Oveni holdt de poolen lukket om mandagen i tilfælde af regnvejr. Så under hele opholdet brugte vi poolen 1 gang. Derfor er vi super ærgerlig og utilfreds med vores ophold hos hotel Five.

Disappointing
Pros:

The property has a nice outdoor and indoor pool

Cons:

We chose this hotel to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and specifically booked it because of the outdoor pool during the heat wave. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what I would expect from a five-star hotel.

Only a few hours before our check-in, we were informed that a pool party would be taking place that day. This meant the outdoor pool was essentially unavailable for hotel guests who simply wanted to relax. Instead, it was crowded with people drinking and partying, and no dedicated area had been reserved for hotel guests. Even more surprising, if you wanted to access the event, you had to register in advance, and if it was fully booked, you couldn’t enter at all. On top of that, there was a minimum spend of CHF 50 just for entry, with sunbeds and other amenities costing even more. We specifically chose this hotel for its pool, so finding out only hours before arrival that we couldn’t properly use one of its main facilities was incredibly disappointing.

Throughout the weekend, the hotel was also hosting two weddings. While I completely understand that hotels host private events, it was obvious that the staff were overwhelmed. Several employees openly told us they didn’t have time to help because they were understaffed. I genuinely don’t blame the staff—they were doing their best—but the hotel clearly accepted more events than it could comfortably handle while still providing the level of service expected from a luxury property.

The birthday dinner at the penthouse restaurant was another disappointment. The food itself was average, certainly not memorable. I had arranged for a birthday cake to be brought out for my boyfriend. Instead of making it feel like a celebration, a waiter simply walked over, asked my boyfriend, “Is it your birthday?”, waited for him to confirm, placed the dessert on the table without candles or any decoration, and immediately walked away. There wasn’t even a “Happy Birthday.

Tables non nettoyées après le passage des clients (petit déjeuner)
Pancakes séchés et durs au petit déjeuner
Pas de cabine pour se changer dans les vestiaires du SPA (manque d'intimité) ou alors je n'ai pas vu.
