Pros:

Ganz cool eingerichtet man fühlt sich in einer anderen Welt sobald man eintritt. Alle sind aufgestellt ,hilfsbereit und freundlich. Einfach lässig.!

Not sure why I still haven’t received my deposit back. The payment situation was a bit confusing. I paid through booking.com and still had to pay there.

War für den Preis top. Auch die Wellnes Anlage. und das Personal ist sehr nett!
Pros:

Das Zimmer an sich war sehr schön, etwas klein muss ich sagen. Ich konnte einen späten check jn machen, mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Habe Kaffee erhalten während ich warten muss, sehr aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Finde man muss den Tranfer vom Hauptgebäude zum Eastwing überdenken. Es ist ein ziemlich weiter weg nur schon der Tunnel, man soll da entgegenkommen und kostenlose Fahrten nach unten anbieten.

Im Zimmer hat es kein Fenster was es schon sehr stickig macht, auch wenn es eine Klima hat, ist trz nicht so angenehm.

Pros:

The ambiance. Premises are beautiful with original design. Great food. We tried Japanese restaurant. Great dj at the evening.

While booking you should indicate which room is located in which wing. The new building is at distance from the main one. If i would know might be put some extra money to stay in the main

Ruhe pur in Zürich
Pros:

Ich war kürzlich für eine Geschäftsreise im FIVE Zurich und war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die ruhige, etwas abgelegene Lage des Hotels. Für mich als Geschäftsreisenden war dies ideal, da ich nach langen Arbeitstagen die nötige Ruhe gefunden habe, um mich voll zu konzentrieren und zu entspannen.
Da mein Fokus voll auf beruflichen Terminen lag, blieb mir leider keine Zeit, die Wellness-Einrichtungen des Hotels in Anspruch zu nehmen – was ich sehr schade fand, da diese einen exzellenten Eindruck machten. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv für Geschäftsreisende empfehlen, die Wert auf eine ruhige Atmosphäre abseits des Trubels legen. Gerne wieder!

Cons:

Einen kritischen Punkt möchte ich jedoch für andere Reisende anmerken: Mein Zimmer war recht eng geschnitten und verfügte über keine Kofferablage. Aufgrund des begrenzten Platzes ist es leider auch kaum möglich eine Ablage sinnvoll aufzustellen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt oder bei umfangreicherem Reisegepäck schränkt dies den Komfort spürbar ein.
