It’s now easier than ever to get to FIVE Zurich! We also provide private parking at FIVE Zurich. For guests visiting the hotel, a charge of CHF10 applies for every 3 hours and for 24 hours overnight parking, a charge of CHF 30 applies

Wonderful experience and welcoming staff
Pros:

I like the location and the view and also the staff. The room itself also it will decorating and murder and needed and so clean.

Pros:

Wellnessbereich i.O.

Cons:

-Die Mitarbeitenden sprechen kaum Deutsch. Man wird direkt auf Englisch angesprochen. Sehr befremdlich in einem Hotel in Zürich.
-Ich konnte die Haare auf dem Zimmer nicht föhnen, da der Föhn den falschen Stecker hatte. An der Rezeption war niemand.
-Zimmer im Ostflügel: bei der Buchung ist nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein anderes Gebäude handelt, welches mit einem unterirdischen Gang verbunden ist. Entspricht nicht dem Standart.

Sehr ernüchternd
Pros:

Der Standort war gut und wir haben bereits letztes Jahr in dem Hauptgebäude geschlafen, was wirklich gute Zimmer hat aber man wurde einfach ohne Warnung in der Nebengebäude weitergeleitet

Cons:

Dass man trotz einer normalen Zimmerbuchung für knapp 300 € in ein Nebengebäude geleitet wird, wo die Zimmer mickrig klein sind und die Ausstattung wirklich nicht den Preis entspricht. Man wird da echt getäuscht das sollte man irgendwie anders machen.
