Pros:

The staff are awesome, friendly, welcoming and always making sure you’re comfortable.

The RE-Five facilities (gym, spa, pool, sauna and steam room) are the best I’ve experienced. The steam room was amazing, nice and hot and the pool and jacuzzi were my favourites. The gym is a standard hotel gym, but it has enough weights and machines to keep up with your training during your stay. The restaurant was great too.

Overall, I think this is the best hotel in Zurich. I’ve stayed here two years in a row now, and it will continue to be my first choice whenever I visit Zurich.

Overall, a very pleasant experience!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were great, very friendly and helpful, and we loved our room. The pool area is beautiful, although very crowded, which is understandable with the summer heat. It did feel a little understaffed for the high season, though.

Pros:

The view from the room was nice

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible, unprofessional staff, no selection for food.
the staff were not helpful at all , it does't deserve 5 star, 2 star is max. It doesn't deserve what you pay for it.

Excellent hotel and perfect parking
Pros:

The pool was really nice and the parking.

The in dinning room was extremely well priced and the food was lovely

Cons:

The size of the room was quite small which meant there was no where to put your suitcases and the cupboard space was not really there

Pas le niveau d'un 5*
Pros:

La décoration, le confort du lit, la chambre dans son ensemble.

Cons:

Le personnel moyennement multilingue et quasiment que anglophone. Et même l'anglais etait pas parfait.
Propreté plus que médiocre pour un 5*
Musique du bar qu'on entend jusqu'à dans la chambre.
Check-in ultra long.
