Convenient location with great facilities and warm staff
Pros:

Public transport is convenient, with many connecting buses available. Friendly reception staff helped me carry my 18kg luggage to the second floor.
The room has a mini kitchen complete with cookware, tableware and a small fridge. A washer and dryer are located in the basement, costing just 35 kroner per load.

Cons:

There is no lift.
