Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Lage Hotel ideal.
Parkmoeglichkeit ganz in der Nähe, 13 Euro, verschlossene Garage mit Code- sehr gut! Frühstück ist ausreichend und vielfältig.
Zum Abendessen laden in der selben Straße noch andere Gaststätten.
Im Citybereich, rund um die beiden Hauptplätze der Stadt, reihen sich eine einladende, historische Straßen mit Bars und Cafés.

Cons:

Leider bieten viele Gaststaetten Abendessen nur im sehr begrenzten Zeitraum

A very good city centre hotel.
Pros:

Check was superb the young lady was known by Em and was charming. Location was excellent. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and displayed beautifully.

Cons:

Bar service was very slow and payment proved difficult. Room corridors were very dark having to use a phone torch to locate your room should not be necessary.

Pros:

Unser Superior Eck-Zimmer war riesig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine grosse Auswahl an Brot, süssem Gebäck, Käse, Eier und Fleisch. Auch Früchte und Müsli waren vorhanden.
Die Lage ist top und die Hoteleigene Garage, ca.100m entfernt, sehr praktisch.
Wir würden allen dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Bel hôtel
Pros:

Bel hôtel avec beaucoup de cachet. Ça change des chambres minuscules des chaînes d'hôtels.
Grande chambre au calme grace aux doubles fenêtres et au sas avec le palier, beaucoup de placards.
Petit déjeuner très complet avec des produits de qualité. Pas testé le restaurant qui est fermé les dimanches et lundis.
Personnel charmant.
La visite du centre de Chalon-sur-Saône se fait à pied facilement.

Cons:

Literie pas assez ferme à notre goût.
