Positive experience, nice clean rooms, and helpful staff
Pros:

The room and the bathroom were very nice, up-to-date, and clean. The location isn't completely central, but the area is very pleasant and is about a 15 min walk from the real city center. The staff were were very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little limited in terms of the choices even though what was available was not bad.

Good location, nice valet staff, poor cleaning.
Pros:

Good location. Valet parking was good.

Cons:

Room wasn’t cleaned after first night and when I asked why, was told for shorter stays they don’t always clean the room! I’ve never heard of this as a policy. I’m paying for a service. Wouldn’t book a Hyatt again if this is actually company policy. And then when it was cleaned I could see it hadn’t been hoovered. Poor cleaning.

Pros:

Close to downtown but far enough away to be quiet

Cons:

Issues with checkin, unsure if it was booking or the hotel. But they were very attentive and able to rebook us

Can’t go wrong staying here in Charleston. I’d definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room was fantastic. It had a kitchen, lounge area, and bedroom area. All pretty modern and spacious. Just sitting at the top of town was great for all I wanted to do. The staff were excellent! All very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was very clean. It’s not often you can give 10/10 for everything but they really nailed it!

Rooms clean; parking is highway robbery
Pros:

Far away from the interesting stuff. Rooms were clean and decent. Parking is $50/night - highway robbery. Breakfast was solid — better than the Hyatt House we came from in Orlando as it had waffles and pancakes.

Great experience
Pros:

Loved this hotel for our family trip to Charleston. Location was excellent end walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Room was spacious. A nice little extra I noticed was hot chocolate for the kids 24/7, this kind of thing is always something my kids mention when thinking back about trips. Also the valet guys were literally the nicest most helpful valet guys we’ve met, they went above and beyond, especially Caleb c and Ty. We would happily stay at this hotel again
