We stayed during the heatwave and the room's aircon was not very efficient.

Hotel is clean and smells fresh
The mattress on the sofa bed is too thin and there's no where to keep drinks or milk cool
The room was cozy and clean. The bed was slightly uncomfortable.
The bed it was very firm.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very small with a tiny shower/bathroom. Location feels safe and was perfect for a show at The Halls. Some street noise but nothing out of the ordinary. Would stay again for the location alone.

Hotel was at a major traffic junction , the room had a very badly fitting window that meant traffic noise was horrendous all night. No sleep!! We would have asked for another room but it was late when we arrived an were in and out so didnt realise till we returned at night 11pm, how bad it was. But it shouldnt make a difference, windows should be fixed to stop such loud traffic as in any urban hotel, it was like sleeping outside.
Stayed in the hotel due to it location due to attending an event at "The Halls" pleasantly surprised. Car parking was an added bonus.
No issues at all.
