A Wonderful Stay in Buffalo & Amherst
Pros:

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything in Buffalo while Amherst was just a quick drive away. The hotel staff were lovely — warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the pool and gym, as well as the free breakfast and free parking, which were all great amenities to have during our stay. Our room was large and very clean. We would happily stay here again!

Hyatt Place has lost its luster.
Pros:

Very good location. Not too loud. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Food at "the placery" was poor. Breakfast bar was mediocre at best. Cleaning staff will likely not clean your room during your stay. I have stayed here multiple times and it is unfortunate to see the dramatic fall off. This was my last stay.

Pros:

I enjoyed the 2-night stay. Enjoyed the breakfast, pool and fitness center. Friendly and helpful staff. Liked close to highway and easy parking.

In general, not bad.. is there a loyalty discount if I come again
Pros:

I was 20/30 bucks over what I thought it was worth, bar did not carry coors light and they were out of Michelob ultra. Other than that, pretty good stay

Cons:

Could have been 20/30 bucks cheaper and carried Coors light.. or been stocked with Michelob ultra..

Excellent stay in Buffalo
Pros:

The room was fabulous and perfect for travelling with a small family. We took one with two queens and a sofa bed and it was perfect. The staff were super friendly and understanding, throughout, esp front desk
