Important to note- The property is basically closed. It should be updated on booking.com. We were given the room we reserved and it was in rough shape. The balcony wood railing was rotting. The sliding glass doe to the patio barely opened. The beach area was open but very unappealing. The onsitte restaurant touted on the web site is permanently closed.

Mi estancia en Luna de Plata tuvo aspectos positivos, como la tranquilidad del lugar y la amabilidad del personal. Sin embargo, hubo varios puntos que considero importantes para que futuros huéspedes tengan expectativas realistas y para que el hotel pueda mejorar.

Lo que más me decepcionó fue la playa. Durante las mañanas había una gran cantidad de sargazo, lo que la hacía prácticamente inutilizable. Entiendo que el sargazo es un fenómeno natural, pero no observé un manejo que permitiera disfrutar la playa temprano.

Además, el área de playa no cuenta prácticamente con sombra. Si planeas pasar tiempo frente al mar, es importante saber que no hay espacios donde protegerse del sol.

Reservé una habitación con vista al mar, pero desde la terraza la vista está bloqueada por un muro. Para poder ver el mar es necesario ponerse de pie junto a la barda de concreto, por lo que la experiencia no corresponde a lo que uno espera al reservar una habitación con esa descripción.

Otro detalle es que las fotografías del sitio muestran camastros en las habitaciones, pero en la mía no había ninguno. Tampoco hay una mesa en la terraza, por lo que, aunque el desayuno es servido en la habitación, realmente no existe un lugar cómodo para disfrutarlo al aire libre.

También encontré hormigas durante toda mi estancia, incluso sobre la cama, lo cual resulta incómodo y da una mala impresión de limpieza.

Por último, es importante mencionar que el hotel no cuenta con restaurante ni con bar. Si bien hay opciones cercanas caminando, esto limita la comodidad de quienes buscan pasar el día completo en el hotel sin tener que salir.

En general, considero que el hotel tiene potencial por su ubicación y ambiente tranquilo, pero la experiencia estuvo por debajo de lo que esperaba debido a la diferencia entre lo anunciado y lo que realmente encontré.

El trato del personal, a nuestra llegada no tenían bien nuestra información todo el tiempo eran personas diferentes en la recepción, reserve con desayuno incluido, el restaurante cerrado, casi casi sentía que tenía que pedirles a cada rato si iba a tener el servicio de desayuno, solo nos dieron 4 rebanadas de pan tostado. He estado en hoteles más pequeños con mejor servicio.

Geen warm water.
Bij het strand wat bij het hotel hoort ligt heel veel zeewier. Dat stonk enorm en je kan daardoor niet de zee in. Bij andere hotels wordt het strand wel vrij gemaakt van zeewier.

C’est une arnaque !!!

Rien d’exceptionnel vraiment un gâchis

Expérience extrêmement décevante.
Nous avons payé le prix fort pour un séjour qui ne correspondait absolument pas à la réalité décrite par l’hôtel.

L’établissement communique sur une plage “clean” et une eau “merveilleuse”, alors qu’en réalité la plage était envahie d’algues avec une odeur insupportable, au point de donner envie de vomir. Impossible de profiter du séjour, de se promener tranquillement ou même de dormir correctement à cause de l’odeur. Aucune transparence de la part de l’hôtel sur cette situation.

Même constat pour le parking annoncé, quasiment inexistant.

Le plus choquant reste cependant l’attitude du personnel. On nous a clairement dit d’annuler la chambre en nous assurant, les yeux dans les yeux, que nous serions remboursés. Résultat : aucun remboursement, malgré leurs promesses. Une attitude profondément malhonnête et irrespectueuse envers les clients.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Il existe heureusement d’autres endroits bien plus propres, agréables et surtout honnêtes.

Nous y étions en avril: c'était très calme. Nous avons profité de la plage seuls.
Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement avec la mer au pied de l'hôtel. Il est un excentré de la rue commerçante 2 min à pied du bout de la rue.
Plage nettoyée tous les jours.
Grande chambre et grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer.

Cons:

Sur cette période pas la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place, mais de nombreux bar en propose à 4min à pied..
