Pros:

Convenient , very clean, friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

It was a very productive stay.
Pros:

It was a great breakfast covering the 4 basic food groups.

Cons:

I found out that the Keurig coffee machine didn't work very well that last a.m. The night before I didn't need it as went to bed 9 p.m. In putting 1 cup H2O it only produced 1/2 coffee cup. I did get coffee outside the dining area as the staff told me.

Pros:

Cathy at the front desk was very kind. The room was great and well laid out. Even though there was a hockey team staying in the hotel, it was quiet. Cleanliness was good with some room for improvement. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a free hotel breakfast.

is an expensive hotel with no policy for cancellation
Pros:

The staff was amazing but the hotel is really old, I am ok to stay in an outdated building but feel that price is too expensive for what you get

The location

Cons:

The room itself seemed older where wallpaper was peeling off the wall. We didn’t receive an additional roll of toilet paper, Kleenex. It didn’t feel like it was clean very well at all.
