A great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel was in a really handy location, although just off a main road, the hotel was quiet. The rooms at the back overlook trees and fields. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and they had gluten free items available.

room was too small for two beds & the shower didn't work properly and the bathroom fan also did not work. also there was not room for 5 suit cases too open.

There is no pleasant atmosphere there. I was not impressed.
Cons:

They had me booked in a room on the second floor, but I have some mobility issues, and there was no elevator. I told the manager that I could possibly make it up the stairs if he carried my bags. He said he not not be able to do it in the morning. At first he told me there was no room available on the bottom floor. He then said he found one on the bottom floor but it would be at least $20 more. I refused to pay the extra fee, so he finally let me have it at no extra charge.
I cried that night. My son called and I said "I'll never come to this dump again."
The next morning, the breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was like a hellhole cafeteria rather than an American breakfast. The sausages were shriveled up and I wondered if they were safe to eat.

Cons:

The front lobby smelled of smoke but I ordered a non smoke room so I expected a clean room non-smoking room but what I got wasn't that. The room stank of smoke, it was one of the worst hotel I have been in.
