Good value hotel in good location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good - the kitchen staff did extremely well to provide a cooked breakfast each day at 5:30, despite, weirdly, a group of ~25 guests appearing on the dot and eating everything as fast as it was provided.

Cons:

A party on Friday night, centred on a first floor (ie floor above ground) room with a kind of balcony on to a flat roof which was very noisy and very late.
Lack of variety at breakfast, but given the particular difficulty with the guest party mentioned above in 'what did you like', simple and quick was necessary.
It may be that you should be wary of large parties at the hotel.

Pros:

Our room at the end was good and comfortable

Cons:

The original room we had no a/c so they relocated us to another room but it took over one hour and my wife was fed up and at the end they took off $100 from our bill.

Don’t stay here - you’ll wish you stayed at home.
Pros:

Worst hotel experience ever. 2 noticeably different mattresses. One was a nice new pillow top, the other was something you’d find in a dated cottage. What was worse was that upon opening the sheets, a pubic hair. The beds were both full of hair and lint, clearly just remade. They didn’t have any other rooms to move us to, so we asked if we could at least get clean sheets and compensated for this experience. There was also a very unpleasant odour when we entered the room, the television was very blurry, and the ac unit was very loud. Don’t stay here. We are planning on skipping the complementary breakfast after reading some honest reviews on this place.

Room itself was good; the room location was not very good, and the breakfast was a bit disappointin.
Pros:

Room was nice roomy and clean, and liked the toiletries offered to use.

Cons:

Our room was right beside the main driveway entrance so cars driving by were virtually only a few feet from our window. Also we had to keep our blinds down the entire time otherwise people walking by would be looking in your room, again from only a few feet away. The breakfast was the bare minimum. I wasn’t expecting a big spread but the breakfast layout advertised making your own oatmeal, yoghurt and waffles, however none of these items were available.

It was good for the price

Staff very accommodating Building and property requires some tlc
Pros:

Everything you need is there. Quality of cooked food needs attention. Coffee was really good

Cons:

Sound from above rooms is annoying Every step sounds like heavy thumping. Although carpeting is harder to clean it would muffle some of the noise

Pros:

Room was nice and it was clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was disgusting. The staff brought food out in bowls so nothing was hot and she brought 3 pancakes out at a time then it would be over 10 minutes before she'd bring out 3 more.
The front of the building looks like it's falling down and no one vacuumed the hallway the 2 nights we were there.
