Great quality. Great people. Great service. Great sleep.
Pros:

Janice was very friendly! More was available to eat than I expected. I was super excited to see the strawberry cream cheese in the fridge. Plus, the 'make your own yogurt' was top notch - even if I didn't take advantage of it this trip!

Cons:

The room we were in was above the pool / play area. I could hear the sounds reverberating in the room. So, I was thankful the pool had 'open' hours. I was still able to get sleep and was not disturbed.

Pretty good
Pros:

Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, breakfast was good, pool was fun.

Cons:

I know this is subjective, but the bed is too soft. It feels like an air mattress that hasn't been filled all the way instead of a bed.

Excellent employee, reliably comfortable stay
Pros:

We stayed here for one night on our way home from CA to MN. We called from the road to make a reservation and the hotel employee was extremely helpful and courteous. When we arrived, it was the same employee and she was even more delightful. Sorry I didn't get her name but she worked the afternoon/evening shift on April 8th. She was friendly but professional, very efficient and an overall excellent employee. I had occasion to sit in the lobby for about an hour later that evening and heard her be as friendly and professional with everyone who walked in. The stay otherwise was what we expect from Best Western - roomy, clean, comfortable and with probably the best breakfast of any of the chain hotels. We can always count on Best Western for a positive experience.

Pros:

We had requested two rooms close together as we were traveling with an elderly person.
