We will be staying at Best Western the next time we are visiting family in the area.
Pros:

Breakfast selection great, lots of options for vegetarians and waffle and pancake station amazing with healthy choices.
The crackerjacks popcorn that was available for purchase was a trip down memory lane!

Pros:

The location was very convenient for where I needed to be for this work related trip. Also, I really enjoyed the pool facilities.

Cons:

Unfortunately the breakfast did not meet my expectations. I ended up going elsewhere for breakfast most days despite breakfast being included and on site.

Pros:

Front desk staff were excellent, very helpful

Cons:

Bed mattresses are too high, difficult for short people or people with mobility deficits.
The shower head in our bathroom was poor, no pressure at all, very difficult to get shampoo & conditioner out.

Good hotel but just stupid bed preparation practices and inconsistent warm water supply in the room.

Good location. Walkable aread.

Cons:

I couldn't get warm water in my room. My mom had the same problem in her room. As bad as that was I was even more annoyed by the way they make up the beds. They fold the sheets and quilts down to make them look fancy. When I unfolded the coverings I realized that it would got up just past my hips. Its a ridiculous way of making up a bed. So each night I had to pull off all the coverings and re-make the bed. My mom said she had to do the same in her room. I don't know how this stupid trend started, but please stop it.

Good.
Pros:

Have stayed at the hotel many times over the years. It has always been clean, quiet, and good location.

Cons:

Was deeply disappointed at the hot tub facility was out of service. Was a highlight of the hotel we were counting on. There was no consideration for our disappointment.

I was very comfortable and pleased overall with my stay.
Pros:

I was there because I was having surgery the next morning. Not able to eat but breakfast sure did smell good.

Cons:

automatic door entrance to main floor rooms. Hard to open manually when using a walker.
