The whole place is clean and the staff are friendly
Our key cards didnt work most of the time and we had to keep going to the front desk. Our last 1-1/2 day they finally worked correctly.

The King Guest Room bathroom” fabric shower curtain was dirty and shower didn’t look clean” design as a wet room” water all over the floor
Had done small things that could be repaired but overall was nice. Smoke detector needed battery replaced . It kept flashing all night

The room was disgusting. The room smelled like smoke and mold. It was so damp and musty, the sheets felt wet. The curtains were stained.

No usb anywhere in the room. Front staff pretty much stayed on their phones.) I’m sure it’s boring when slow) 👍I asked for 2 wash cloths and the girl went to the drier that was full of clothes that needed to be folded and could tell had been finished and kept searching for them. Laundry room door was open and a mess and Garbage was overflowing. Toilet ran constantly. But overall we were fine with it. Breakfast was good!

The fan in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off. There were no directions for the air conditioner and we were freezing.
The staff is very nice and helpful. The second room was clean. Breakfast is great. Pool is great.
When we checked in we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor and there was mold everywhere, but the lady at the front desk didnt hesitate to get us a new room on the 1st floor. The second room was clean.
