Top Lage. Super Zimmergrösse. Tolles bequemes Bett.
Pros:

Lage kann nicht besser sein. Bett extrem bequem. Personal super freundlich. Trotz älterer Unterkunft sehr gut gepflegt. Supermarkt im Bahnhof sehr Premium.

It was a pleasant stay overall.
Pros:

The location adjacent to Nagano Station and near the mall, supermarkets etc was excellent. The staff was very polite too.

Cons:

The pillows were too soft and flat. They did not have connecting rooms.
