Das Zimmer was sehr basic. Ok für den Preis.

Cons:

Das Zimmer was super heiß und sehr basic. Es sind keine Menschen dort anzutreffen.
Das Buchen des Frühstücks hat nicht über what’s App und nicht beim einchecken funktioniert und es gab wohl auch keinen Gast außer uns an diesen Samstag Abend. Also kein Frühstück am Sonntag.
Wir haben etwas im Zimmer vergessen - mal sehen ob wir jemanden erreichen …seit 2 Tagen nur hotline…

Bed was goed en het was schoon

Cons:

Op zoveel plaatsen steeds weer gegevens invullen.
In de app, in de machine bij de voordeur, op de website, niet fijn.
We hebben wel betaald voor ontbijt en niets gekregen.
Ik zou dit geld graag terug ontvangen.

Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr groß und sauber. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis außergewöhnlich gut und die Dame von Service sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, auch wenn das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Cons:

Ganz schlechter elektronischer Check-In. Katastrophale Kommunikation mit einem unterbelichteten WhatsApp-ChatBot, angekündigte Email mit Zugang zur elentronischen Schließung kommt nicht und am Ende muss man an Automaten am Hotel nochmal einchecken. Sobald der die KeyCards ausgespuckt hat, kommt dann auch fünf Minuten später die Email mit der elektronischen Schließung. Völlig sinnlos!
Beim Einchecken am Automaten wird man gefragt, ob man Frühstück haben will, auch wenn man das vorher bereits gebucht hat. Wenn man mit ja antwortet, muss man es dann am Automaten zahlen. Die freundliche Dame vom Service hat die Doppelbezahlung aber am nächsten Mirgen gleich von sich aus storniert, da die Gäste wohl ständig darauf reinfallen.

Het is een heel rustige hotel met een heel vriendelijke personeel
en er zijn grote kamers.

Cons:

Niet op alle kamers zijn koelkasten of verkoelingsapparatuur. Tijdens onze verblijfduur van 5 dagen werd de drankenautomat niet bijgevuld, maar was niet de schuld van het personeel. Zo was er heel weinig keuze: alleen wijn of water.

날씨가 더운 여름에는 힘들어요. 에어컨이 없고...창문이 일부만 열려서 밤에 더웠어요.

Pros:

Unser Kollege hat hier eine Nacht verbracht und war absolut zufrieden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und das Bett bequem. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
