Rummet rymligt och rent

Cons:

Bokat ett rum 4 nätter med havsutsikt och balkong, bild med två stolar och ett bord på balkongen. Vi fick ett rum med balkong utan möbler som visade sig vara mindre och några möbler fick inte plats.
Personalen sa bara att de var fullbokat och att de inget kunde göra. Visade noll förståelse på att vi inte fått vad vi bokat. Ingen kompensation. Kontaktade booking och skickade in bilder på balkong och personalens förslag att ta de möbler som fanns i rummet till balkongen, vilka var så stora så inte ens en stol fick plats. Vi fick ingen kompensation av hotellet men Booking gav 1000 kr tillbaka.
Annars hade Hotellet bra läge, bra rum och rent.
Nackdel ingen hiss och 4 våningar =8 trappor.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer hat mir besonders gut gefallen – es war geräumig, modern eingerichtet und alles wirkte neu und gepflegt. Das Bett mit der bequemen Matratze war für mich ein großes Plus, da mir ein guter Schlaf sehr wichtig ist. Auch die Bettwäsche war sauber und angenehm.

Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Wenn doch einmal etwas gefehlt hat, musste ich nur an der Rezeption Bescheid geben, und es wurde sofort gebracht. Der Service war schnell, freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist die hervorragende Lage. Das Meer ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt – man ist praktisch sofort am Strand. Das hat den Urlaub noch schöner gemacht.

Ich bin mit diesem Hotel rundum zufrieden und habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und kann das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Leider hatte ich am Ende meines Aufenthalts eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung mit der Abrechnung der Minibar.

Die Minibar war bei unserer Ankunft vollständig gefüllt. Bei der Buchung ist mir nicht aufgefallen, dass die Nutzung der Minibar kostenpflichtig ist. Später habe ich gesehen, dass sich im Zimmer eine Preisliste befand. Das habe ich akzeptiert und war selbstverständlich bereit, alle tatsächlich konsumierten Artikel zu bezahlen.

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde die Minibar regelmäßig vom Housekeeping kontrolliert. Die Mitarbeiterinnen notierten, welche Getränke und Snacks nachgefüllt werden sollten. An zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen wurden die notierten Artikel jedoch nicht nachgefüllt. Trotzdem erschienen genau diese Positionen später auf meiner Rechnung. Außerdem enthielt die detaillierte Abrechnung weitere Artikel, die wir während unseres gesamten zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts überhaupt nicht konsumiert hatten.

Als ich an der Rezeption um eine detaillierte Rechnung bat, dauerte es lange, bis ich sie erhielt, obwohl ich mehrmals danach fragen musste. Nachdem ich die Abrechnung überprüft hatte, erklärte ich der Hotelmanagerin, dass ich selbstverständlich nur die Produkte bezahlen werde, die wir tatsächlich verbraucht haben, nicht jedoch Artikel, die nie geliefert oder von uns nie konsumiert wurden.

Die Diskussion zog sich lange hin. Schließlich sagte mir die Hotelmanagerin, dass sie die Polizei rufen werde, falls ich nicht bezahle. Ich antwortete, dass ich damit einverstanden sei, da ich überzeugt war, dass die Situation so objektiv geklärt werden könnte. Daraufhin wurden plötzlich die Positionen der zwei Tage, an denen nichts nachgefüllt worden war, sowie weitere fehlerhafte Einträge von der Rechnung entfernt. Dadurch verringerte sich der Rechnungsbetrag deutlich.

Da mein Taxi bereits kurz darauf kam, bezahlte ich schließlich den verbleibenden Betrag, obwohl ich mit einigen Positionen weiterhin nicht vollständig einverstanden war.

Det var lyhört, höga ljud och musik från restaurangerna i närheten samt från gatan. Det hördes även mycket från lägenheten ovanför.
