Pros:

There was a storm and our room got a little flooded due to the balcony door being broken 😅 Karla, the receptionist, immediately got us another room and even upgraded it to a larger room on the first floor. We were very pleased with this kind of quick response to our needs.

Hotel is right by the beach and all the needed services such as a grocery store can be found very close.

Nie podobała mi tylko jedna "rzecz".
Kelner, starszy natarczywy Pan potrafiący codziennie na każdym śniadaniu pytać kilkakrotnie z jakiego nr pokoju jestem i mówić żeby pokazać klucz.
Ciągle pytania czy już skończone.
Pierwszy raz nie czułem się jak gosc a raczej jak intruz na śniadaniu.
A on jak by nie był do pomocy a raczej do nadzoru.
Po prostu przesadzał.
W rozmowie z innymi gośćmi na plaży usłyszałem to samo zdanie.
Może wystarczy mu tylko zwrócić uwagę i przypomnieć jaka jest jego rola i bedzie OK
