A única pessoa querida e disposta a ajudar foi Santiago ! O quarto estava podre de sujo na parte da TV e embaixo da cama. estava um horror ! Filmei e mostrei pra recepcionista ! O café da manhã muito gorduroso e no último dia , chegamos 5 minutos antes de encerrar e a moça se recusou a nos atender ! Ela é a mesma que faz tudo na recepção ! Só trabalha uma pessoa por turno ! O hotel não vale o que cobra . É um 3 estrelas e não 4.

Cons:

Não gostei do café ! O quarto muito sujo ! Só a localização que vale .

Pros:

This location is TOP, the hotel is lovely and traditional in the best way. The staff was very kind and friendly and we felt cared for, safe and relaxed. A complimentary glass of wine was a lovely gesture and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Highly recommend.

Great location and kind staff!!
Pros:

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the MiraVida SoHo hotel. The rooms are darling, classic, and updated. The employees were even more kind and always greeted us with a smile! The hotel is walkable to many cafes and restaurants. 5/5 stars for sure!!

Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort. Gerne wieder und dann länger!
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang mit sehr guten Englisch-Kenntnissen, zur Begrüßung gab es noch ein Glas Wein aufs sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer.
Auch beim Frühstück sehr motivierte Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück bot neben dem klassischen Medialuna, Kaffe/Tee und Saft noch ein zusätzliche Option (z.B. Omlett, Joghurt oder French Toast...)

Cons:

Einziger Mangel war, dass für die Belegung "zu Dritt" nur 2x Handtücher vorhanden waren.

Pros:

Muy bonito.

Cons:

Desayuno de 8:00 hasta las 10:00 (también durante el finde) bajo a las 9:45 y me dice que como faltan 15 mins ya no pueden hacer platos elaborados entonces me tocan unos huevos revueltos. No me gustó para nada eso. Si el servicio es hasta las 10 hay que tenerlo hasta las 10.

wonderful hidden find
Pros:

perfect location, central to everything, staff was extremely helpful, good breakfast that set you up for the day. Definitely would recommend if you're planning to stay in Palermo , would definitely stay there again if we ever went back.
