I would definitely come back, but would hope to have a better experience with the jacuzzi.
Pros:

The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great. It felt comfortable and had a really vintage charm. Breakfast was also great.

Cons:

Unfortunately I had to ask twice to have the jacuzzi cleaned, and when we went to use it the water was not quite hot enough.

Miravida Hotel
Pros:

The Miravida hotel is a small and cozy boutique hotel in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires.
It is well situated for exploring the neighborhood.
On the the plus side, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is wonderful.
On the the negative, the room we got was very cold and drafty and not in good repair.
The main problem, however, is the prize. It it had been half the prize, it would have been perfect. As it is, it costs the same a modern five star hotel in Buenos Aires and that requires a much higher quality.

Hotel de charme em ótima localização
Pros:

A área comum do hotel é charmosa e bem decorada. A cama e roupas de cama são muito boas. Café da manhã excelente, tudo de muita qualidade e sabor. O pessoal da recepção é muito simpático, solicito e eficiente.

Cons:

O banheiro, por estar menos modernizado, não é um ponto forte. Mas tudo funciona.

El hotel cumplió mis expectativas. El personal fue muy amable. El desayuno empezaba a las 8 y yo tenía que salir antes. El personal fue muy amable y me subió a la habitación café, zumo y tostadas en un horario conveniente para mi.

La ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

La habitación estaba en un tercer piso, llegamos con 4 maletas y el ascensor llegaba hasta el 2do.
Tuvimos que cargar nosotros las maletas.

Top locatie slechte service en verouderd slecht onderhouden hotel
Pros:

Locatie was perfect midden in Palermo dichtbij alle hotels en winkels.

Cons:

Service was niet goed, eerste ochtend koud water douche in beide kamers. Dekbedden moesten gebracht worden eerste nacht waren die er niet op 1 kamer. Moeizaam verliep de behulpzaamheid en op booking staat fietsen huur nou daar was niks va bekend en hulp werd ook niet geboden. Tevens was er een slaapbank kapot dus mijn dochter heeft 1 nacht op grond geslapen met matras echt super slecht. Dus kortom slechte service en dat is jammer want het zou een heel leuk en mooi hotel kunnen zijn. Het moet opgeknapt worden schimmels uit badkamers schoonmaken etc rot raam in badkamer in de douche onbegrijpelijk.

The breakfast and location was good. The staff spoke English well.

Cons:

We stayed in July and there was no heating in the room which made it super cold. The TV did not work! All in all we felt it was too expensive for the price.

Estadia OK mas não é excelente, valor acima do que entregam.
Pros:

Localização excelente, café da manhã apesar de ser restrito tem boa qualidade, cama e banho bem confortáveis.

Cons:

Ar condicionado (quente) fazia muito barulho e era split, o quarto não é totalmente arrumado, praticamente trocam as toalhas e arrumam a cama apenas, nao limpam os copos, mesinha... Tive que desligar o frigobar devido ao barulho fora do comum do compressor.

Good location, friendly staff but the hotel is not up to today's standards
Pros:

The location is good, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good albeit served extremely slowly.

Cons:

This is an old building, the room smelled musty, the traffic noise was very strong and one morning there was only lukewarm water for shower, while on our second morning there was no warm water to shower at all. Over-all I felt that the price was unreasonably high given these shortcomings.

Dated.
We were in an attic room beside what seemed to be a dump room, steep stairs with lots of luggage is dangerous. Room was cold too. Noisy as doing up a room.
