Pros:

Not much. Staff were rude. For the amount of money spent, was not worth it for value. We would have been better in the premier inn.

It was an okay experience given I only needed a place to lay my head while being out most of the day
Pros:

Loved the internet service provided - streaming was uninterrupted.
The location is also a good one.
The hotel is clean and the facilities were in good shape.

Cons:

Not much breakfast variety and, once the restaurant closes at 10am, that's it until 7am the next day. Felt like a B & B.

Pros:

Really clean accommodation and a great spot to stay for getting to St Pancras for the Eurostar. The team were brilliant and friendly

Pros:

Comfortable good size room. Slept very well. Staff on reception all pleasant and helpful.

Bad communication about parking, especially about the idle fees for electric car charging… they have no signs for this and did not communicate to us about it. In the end we had to pay 10 pounds a day for parking and more than 45 pounds for the idle fees. They refused to compensate us. In
