Pros:

It is a regular hotel near the Fes train station which are probably two biggest advantages if you don’t want to stay in medina and/or travel by train and prefer hotel over riad. But it is further from medina (the taxi to medina costs 30 MAD). The staff is nice and speaks English well enough. The interior is fine, even though looks sometimes obsolete. The room was OK. It’s a reputable accommodation - you can pay online beforehand and there is always someone at the reception. The breakfast is OK. There are shops and a few OK restaurants nearby, and even alcohol store right across the street. A shopping mall is around 1 km far.

Cons:

The man at the receptian told me during check-in that there is a possibility to do the laundry but the lady the next day told me they don’t do it. I had to ask for toilet paper. You only get small bar of soap. The wifi wasn’t working all the time. I would expect a little more effort for the price. There is not much to see around and the streets are busy.
