Logement propre, proche de la gare comme souhaité, climatisation fonctionnelle et lits confortables
Rideaux très occultants permettant de limiter la chaleur et la lumière
On m'a laissé l'occasion a l'accueil lde choisir si je préférais une chambre avec ou sans balcon
Un petit supermarché est situé juste en bas de l'hôtel.
Petit déjeuner correct sans être extraordinaire.

Hotel vicino alla stazione dei treni. Comodo per che arriva o parte da Fes in treno.

Cons:

Il segnale TV non era funzionante. Per arrivare al quinto piano, l'ascensore arriva fino al quarto e bisogna fare l'ultimo piano tramite scale.

オーナーさんが優しすぎる点。
チェックイン時間が16時からであるにも関わらず、朝早く5時に部屋に入ってもらえた。オーナーさんの優しい心で迎えてくれた。ありがたすぎる！！！

Perfect but NOT perfect!
Pros:

1. Location is very close to the train station.
2. Price is reasonable. You will pay for city tax once you arrive in the hotel.
3. The lady reception asked me if I want a room with balcony but it will be noisy since it will be facing the street. I said it is ok for me. She is so honest to me.
4. There is an elevator
5. Staffs can communicate in English

1. No bidet ( I understand that)
2. Internet connection is slow
3. I asked for a trash bag or plastic bag for my garbage in the reception with the (bald guy) evening shift, he said they don't have. He told me, I should have asked to clean his room. I said to him, no need to clean the room because it is still clean and my personal things are in the room, I'm afraid someone will go inside my room. Very small thing I ask and you can't even provide and this will ruin the review.
4. The blanket is too thin.
5. Shower is spraying too strong
