Pros:

Location was beautiful. The Hotel restaurant was lovely on beach front and the beach beds. Bed comfortable and room large. Staff lovely and helpful. The water is stunning. Food good. Desert amazing.

Cons:

Pool had broken tiles so dangerous for feet. No clothes drying rack so had to hang bathers over railing of balcony after swimming. Bathroom dated and paint on floor tiles in bathroom lifting and slippery. Hotel is dating and needs some maintenance. Remove the concrete pots from balcony to create space for a clothes drying rack. Not enough towel hanging hooks for wet towels.

Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable, justo en el paseo de la playa de Gili Trawangan, con el embarcadero y los restaurantes a un par de minutos andando. La piscina es preciosa y muy tranquila, con hamacas y sombrillas de sobra y un jardín tropical muy cuidado. La habitación tenía baño semiabierto con ducha exterior entre plumerias, un detalle que le da mucho encanto y que funciona perfecto con el clima de la isla. El desayuno se sirve en el restaurante de la playa, con vistas a los barcos y a las montañas de Lombok: buen café, huevos al gusto y zumos naturales recién hechos. Personal muy amable y atento en todo momento.

Scallywags Resort is in a great location with the beach out the front great for swimming,snorkelling with turtles and relaxing in the day bed. Its not to far from the harbour about a 10 minute walk, it's far enough away from the mosque that you can't hear it. The food is great and the bbq grill with the salad bar is delicious. The staff are very friendly and greet you everytime you leave or come home and the pool is a good size so even with a few people in there it didn't feel crowded. We got upgraded from the studio room to a garden view room which was great, the room had everything we needed and the outdoor bathroom was very nicely laid out. We will definitely be back again next time we are in gili trawangan. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The food, drinks and spa treatments are expensive compared to other places on the island and they don't have a happy hour menu.

Alles was prima alleen het ontbijt mag wat uitgebreider

Cons:

Rekening voor de extra’s bij het ontbijt waren niet correct en niet terug betaalbaar omdat er was getekend. Inderdaad onze eigen schuld, maar enige coulance was wel op zijn plaats geweest.
