Categories

Cleanliness
8
Generally reported as clean with multiple mentions of tidy rooms and housekeeping; a few comments request better floor cleaning and there are occasional cleanliness-related issues noted.
Service
8.1
Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful (reception and security praised), but there are isolated negative reports including an aggressive general manager and poor handling/communication during an on-site incident.
Location
9
Consistently praised for proximity to the airport and convenience for transfers; ideal for short stays before flights though one guest noted difficulty finding the hotel from the provided address.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and often with kitchenettes; some complaints include noise, non-functioning TV/aircon in a few cases, and minor maintenance issues (e.g., slow sink drain).
Amenities
8.1
Property offers practical amenities (pool, parking, kitchen utensils in some rooms, Wi‑Fi), but reports of Wi‑Fi outages, a lift needing service, no airport shuttle and limited weather protection reduce the score slightly.
Value for Money
9
Repeatedly highlighted as good value or 'very good value for money' across several reviews; price-quality balance is a strong positive.
Food and Beverage
7.2
On-site restaurant is available and serves acceptable dishes for convenience, but multiple guests found the food mediocre or poorly executed and the offering limited.
Overall Experience
8.2
Overall positive experience for short/airport stays: comfortable, clean and convenient with friendly staff in many cases; some safety/communication, noise and amenity shortcomings noted that temper the rating.
