It's Alright....
Pros:

Proximity to the airport is great. But next time, I will request for a room not directly open to the busy road.

Cons:

I asked them days before arrival whether I could check-in earlier because of night travel. The hotel ignored my request until the day of availability with a very terse and tardy response "subject to availability". That does not build reputation.

Excellent value for money.
Pros:

I've stayed here a number of times. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and food at the restaurant is delicious 😋.

Hotel manager is very rude and unprofessional.
Cons:

Very disappointed with my experience at Airport Inn and Suites Hotel. During check-in, I confirmed that check-out was at 10:00 a.m. and requested a late check-out until 1:00 p.m., which the receptionist approved. However, on the day of departure, I was shocked when the hotel manager forcefully demanded that I leave. The lack of communication between staff and the disrespectful way I was treated were completely unacceptable. Guests deserve better service and professionalism.

A localização é perfeita pra quem precisa estar perto do aeroporto. O hotel serve refeições oque ajuda muito, já que não há muitas opções por perto. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. A equipe prestativa e agradável.

keep up the good work
Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel except the one i am going to state below.

Cons:

Kindly revise your notes especially the one on uber charges. I was there last January it was R150.00 to the airport but I was charged R200.00 and in the customer note , it still states R150.00 yet it R200.00. Thank you.
